Culture / Fear Of Nuisance; Urhobo King Rejects Igbo Group From Buying Land by Tukpa8: 8:56pm On May 05, 2023
EFFURUM – Ohaneaze Ndigbo (Delta South & Central Senatorial District) has been told not to build their House/Business Centre in the Effurun GRA near the Palace of Uvwie monarch.

HRM Emmanuel E. Sideso, Abe 1, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom turned down their request during a courtesy call on him by a delegation of the group led by their President-General, Chief Chiedu Idama, he said that building such a facility near his palace could pose a security challenge to the area.

HRM Sideso Abe 1 also advised traditional/ethnic leaders to avoid doing anything that could result in conflict with their host communities where they reside, he urged them to take all traditional ceremonies to their various kingdoms.

2. MegaMillions – MPU
The highly respected monarch stressed that he was not against people from other parts of the country buying propertied in Uvwie Kingdom as most of his neighbours were from other parts of the country but it would be disrespectful for them not to consider the traditional and cultural sensibilities of their host community.

HRM Sideso disclosed to his visitors that his first son’s wife is from Abia State, so it would be wrong to interpret his advice negatively, saying it was his desire to sustain the peace in his kingdom and expect residents to cooperate with him to avoid unnecessary crisis.

He stressed that he expected people who have lived in Uvwie Kingdom for several years due to its enabling and comfortable business environment to partner with him and the government to develop the community as it is only a peaceful community with solid infrastructures that would grow their businesses.

The monarch thatsaid he was surprised that his unflinching desire for peace, harmony and co-existence in Uvwie Kingdom was misinterpreted by the Ohanaeze leadership and the issue was reported to the Delta State governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as well as his traditional ruler friend.

He advised them to seek an alternative area in Uvwie Land to develop the Ohanaeze House/Business Centre such as their property situated in a street that is off Refinery Road, which also was in a serene location.

Earlier, the Ohanaeze Delta Central & South Senatorial District President-Genersl, Chief Chiedu Idama pledged his loyalty to HRM Emmanuel Sideso promising not to do anything to undermine his authority or threaten the peace in the Kingdom

take your ogogoro weak brain argument away from my mention, I live in Edo, you can stay up to six months, you won’t find an Edo Ijaw, if you have population indeed, nobody can marginalize you, you would be the one marginalizing people

The entire Etsako tribe is about 12 percent of the population of Edo state and they have three full local government, the owan has about seven percent of the population of Edo state and they have two local government. You can’t marginalize a tribe that is peopled

Are these not your superweak communities with about 200 people per community in Edo state, The settlement of the Ijaws is unarguably the most sparsely populated in Edo state. You call every settlement of 50 persons kingdom, sick people

Nigeria belongs to us all, if Warri north is up to 50% Ijaws, they won’t be the ones allocating wards for you guys, it would be an even arrangement, Warri north is at most 35 percent Ijaws and nothing more, I know it’s not even up to
nigeria belong to us all, so everyone get equal share.....chai..na Small pikin u still be.
Itshekiri rule the warri north LGA for 22 years since it was created without allowing the warri north Ijaws to taste it.....it was brought to an end 2013 with crisis.

Itshekiris were the ones leading the LGA from it creation, so they have advantage at that time,,but not now again.......their dominated power was broken with little crisis 2013

okay now I understand, they would cumulatively not be up to 5 percent, they are super minorities

Let me give you a break down of these tribes, there is only one Igbirra affiliated tribe in Edo state and that is Igarra, which happens to be the headquarter of Akoko Edo. In that Akoko Edo, Okpamheri is by far the largest Edo tribe there with about twenty three villages. Then you have Uneme as a single group with about ten villages before Igarra. Igarra as an Igbirra town is about 50 thousand.

The only Itsekiri community is Ologbo , and Ologbo as a community is shared between Itsekiris and Binis. Ologbo in all its glory cannot be more than 20,000. It is a town of about ten quarters, 5 for the Binis, five for the itsekiris,

There is no Urhobo community in Edo state but there are Ijaw communities in Edo state, they have three and a half wards in Edo state. Their communities are really sparsely populated.

Igbanke is two wards, this is the reason. People do not know that Orhiowmon is a really big local government. It is the largest rural local government in Edo state. Orhiowmon houses Urhonigbe, the largest town there,it is Bini speaking, it is two wards too, it houses the bigger of the two Oza, it is three wards, it is the second largest town there, it is also a Bini speaking community. then you have Abudu, another Bini community, before you have Igbanke and other Bini communities which are also large in their own right, like Ugo, Umogun Nokhua then several other smaller Bini communities

Urhonigbe is well over 90 thousand Oza Aibiokunla on the other hand cannot be less than 90 thousand

Orhiowmon as an Lga is well over 450,000
Ijaws communities in edo state are well populated,, don't say what you don't know... Ijaw has good 5 kingdoms in edo state with over 500 villages.

The Ijaws in edo were heavily marginalized, that's why they are like that.

You know nothing about Edo state/ Edo ethnicity! Every person in that state traces ancestry to Benin! Including those in Delta and rivers state
benin is not an ethnicity,,,the real benin was an empire made of different ethnicities who migrated different places.....but later because of search for foods and to some misunderstanding, all the tribes that made the old benin empire travelled and settled at different places again....those who join build the empire are the ones still saying they are from the benin...so benin does not belong to single tribe, even though the current people living in it have made it look like it's an ethnicity.

The main issue with many Nigerians is that they tend to read or listen only for the purpose of responding. It is important to understand the distinction between lawful assembly, which encompasses peaceful protests, and unlawful assembly, which refers to riots and the disruption of public order. The speaker is specifically referring to the latter, which can cause significant harm to a community. While protesting is a fundamental right for Nigerians, it must be done in a manner that is in accordance with the law to be considered lawful.
does nigeria have a proper law?

Which protest can one make in nigeria that will be accordance with nigeria politicians?
If you only make a protest that nigeria criminal politicians want, then know you are only wasting your time protesting..
Politics / Re: Bill Seeking To Criminalise Mob Actions Scales Through First Reading by Tukpa8: 12:08pm On May 04, 2023
Igbos always putting laws that will backfire them later.
From zik written off peaceful seperation..
To ironsi made a degree for death sentence whoever try to split...
To Nwabueze drafting constitution to kick against referendum.
To ironsi again turning federation to unitary system..
Now, to this one drafting a constitution to penalized protesting....and this will only affect his own igbo people in nearest future just as what the pasts ones did that is affecting them today.

maybe igbo policians need proper education.
