I hear a lot of people accuse the ibos of being filled
with hate toward other tribe, of being the problem
of Nigeria. But, I have never heard of Ibos attacking
other tribes in their land or outside their land. The
ibo land is one of the most peaceful part of Nigeria,
they pay their taxes and rents where ever they finds
themselves, they relate well with their host. I see no
reason why ibos should be seen as a problem in
Nigeria.

The real problem are the fulanis , they look for
problem where ever they go, they attack their host
unprovoked, destroy farmlands and threaten any
community they enters with death. They move
around freely with guns. Nobody is talking about
this herdsmen bloodsucking demons, their leaders
are not condemning them, the press are silent
toward their evil action.

Every focus and energy are been channeled on the
ibos. The Ibos are hardworking pple who value life,
they are not a threat, the threat are the fulanis. The
fulanis are the real blood thirsty bigots . This set of
pple value cow more than a human life

Causes

Haemorrhoids are caused by an increase in pressure in the lower rectum from: 

straining during bowel movements
sitting for long periods of time, especially on the toilet
chronic (long lasting) constipation or diarrhoea
being overweight or obese
pregnancy
anal intercourse
low-fibre diet
spinal cord injury
poor posture. 
Haemorrhoids are common and occur in most people at some stage during their lives. They tend to occur more frequently later in life due to age-related weakening and stretching of the tissues supporting the veins in the rectum. 

Signs and symptoms

Symptoms often depend on whether a haemorrhoid is located on the inside or outside of the body.

Internal haemorrhoids lie inside the rectum and usually do not cause discomfort. However, straining or irritation when passing a stool can damage the surface of a haemorrhoid causing it to bleed. Sometimes, straining can push an internal haemorrhoid through the anal opening resulting in a protruding or prolapsed haemorrhoid, which can cause pain and irritation.

External haemorrhoids lie under the skin around the anus. When irritated they can itch or bleed. Blood can pool inside an external haemorrhoid and form a clot, which causes severe pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Signs and symptoms of haemorrhoids may include: 

pain or discomfort, especially when sitting
pain during bowel movements
itching or irritation around the anal region
bright red blood on your stools, toilet paper or in the toilet bowl
swelling around the anus
one or more lumps near the anus, which might be tender or painful.
Bleeding during bowel movements is the most common sign of haemorrhoids. Rectal bleeding can, however, indicate a more serious condition, such as bowel cancer or anal cancer.  You should consult your doctor if your haemorrhoids:

bleed frequently or excessively
do not respond to self-treatment
if haemorrhoid symptoms have been accompanied by an obvious change in bowel habits
if you are passing black or maroon-coloured stools
blood clots have formed
blood is mixed in with the stool.

Crime is crime no matter who perpetrate it but some ethnic group stated this hatred for the Yorubas, I initially didn't want to be part of it for years but alas! They won't stop & as such everyone have to be on each others throat, though its wrong but who will accept one tribe to be always dissing his or her tribe? Especially when its getting too much. What saddens me more in the whole of this is it's very obvious Arik management is complicit in all of it. How can a food packer own a latest Range Rover and even park in company premises and they don't know he's been involved in shady deals?

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has commenced an
investigation into the operations of Arik Airlines after a member of its staff
was arrested with cocaine in London.
In a statement Tuesday, the NDLEA said a “full scale” investigation would
unmask those behind the act.
Chika Udensi, an air steward with Arik Airline, on Monday​,​ was found with​
20 kilogrammes of substances that tested positive to cocaine at Heathrow
Airport.
The National Crime Agency of the United Kingdom notified the NDLEA of the
arrest.
“We shall work closely with our international collaborators on the matter.
Arik Airline will be sanctioned if found wanting,” Ahmadu Giade, the NDLEA
Chairman, said.
Monday’s arrest would be the second time in two years a crew member of
the airline would be arrested with substances suspected to be cocaine.
In 2013, two crew members were arrested by the United Kingdom Border
Force with a package of drugs, with a street value of £600,000 (about N190
million), inside a bus used to transport the air crew.
The suspects – two women aged 37 and 32 – had arrived with an Arik Air
flight from Lagos.
Mr. Giade said that the anti-narcotics agency would invoke Section 25 of the
NDLEA Act against Arik Airline.
Section 25 of the NDLEA Act states that it shall be the duty of every
commercial carrier to take reasonable precaution to ensure that its means of
transport are not used in the commission of offences under this Act. Every
commercial carrier are to comply with appropriate security measures at
points of entry and exit in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other customs
control areas, to prevent unauthorized cargo in its means of transportation.
“The law refers to the precautionary measures to include training of personnel, promotion of
integrity of their personnel, submission of cargo manifests in advance, use of tamper-resistant,
individually verifiable seals on containers and reporting to the Agency at the earliest opportunity all
suspicious circumstances relating to drug trafficking,” Mr. Giade said.
“Nigeria has a cordial working relationship with the United Kingdom in drug control. This has
resulted to a drastic reduction in the number of arrests made in the United Kingdom from flights
originating from Nigeria over the years.”
