1. I don't use AI for my content. It is a recipe for account termination. But sometimes i use it to craft table of content.

2a. DIY after watching several Youtube videos. Check Shommy michael's video on YT, it helped me alot, especially with compilation of documents and putting them together in clickable format

2b. Check out Olu of Canada's website and click the link to his telegram page. It is a DIY telegram group with so many success stories. By all means, avoid agents, they will mess you up. When you join the telegram page, you will hear horrible stories abt unlicensed agents. If you must used an agent (which i don't recommend), use an IRCC licensed agent.

Thanks man for the reply. Thanks again.

You can still use chatgpt now but don't use it for non-fiction books as it's hallucinating at the moment. You also have bing chat, just turn to creative mode, and you can use gpt 4, good for non-fiction books as it's connected to the internet and live data. You only need to understand how to prompt. You can search for "prompts for writing a book" or tell bing chat to give you guide. Claude 2 is also very powerful in writing a book. There's also google bard which is free for all now, good for book writing. You only need these tools to guide you in your work and not a total substitute to your intellect.
Thanks.

Hi @Evb2000,
I check your KDP diary from time to time and I am greatly inspired.
Congratulations on your feat.

Since you said we can ask questions even about japa. These are my questions:

1. For writing, do you use a software/AI to craft your piece? If so, which would you recommend?

2a. Did you use an agent for your travel plans or it was DIY? If you used an agent, maybe you can recommend. I understand you are not an agent. Just a referral will do.

2b. But if you DIY. Can you kindly state the steps/methods you used to compile your documents? From IELTS, to travel history, business registration, to land ownership? This will be of tremendous help.

Yours,

mradjoy:
The previous thread:
https://www.nairaland.com/7713767/udensi-ngozi-opemipo-missing-seen#123550647

I'd like to use this medium to appreciate everyone who empathize with us, those who prayed with us and those who called me from this forum without knowing who I am to offer some valuable advice which partly contributed to her returning back home yesterday on her own volition.

My sincere appreciation goes out to Seun Osewa who swiftly swung into action by moving the thread to the Frontpage immediately after I contacted him.

And to that wonderful journalist who contacted me from The Punch News, they offered to publish it and use their connection to contact the Lagos CP to expedite action on my niece's search.

Lastly to those set of people who's got warped mindset, always thinking every little girl we have in Nigeria are wayward, well, it's not really your fault because if you know how brilliant my niece is, you wouldn't doubt her purity at such tender age. I read so many unruly comments here, but decided to ignore majority of them because I believe it's almost impossible for a brilliant little girl like her, who had near perfect WAEC result at one sitting, and also scored over 300 in JAMB to be wayward at the same time. If you have her as your sister or daughter would you ever have the thought of waywardness towards her?

She had a quarrel with her aunt while her mom was at work, so she decided to punish everybody according to her by leaving the house for them.

She'd initially planned to seize the opportunity to visit her paternal grand parent in Imo state, but on getting to the park, she couldn't afford the fare, she had to go visit her friend somewhere in Ijegun, Lagos instead of heading back to Bariga. I believed her because the tracking result we got from the private tracking guy we employed showed exactly the same thing she'd earlier narrated.

Up until now I never knew there was a tracking system that gives precise location, the street name, the house number, even to the room you're, this tracking system is so effective and powerful to the point of tracking mobile number even when it's switched off.

Now, I was wondering why can't FG use same or better technology to combat insurgency in Nigeria?

So cutting the long story short, we decided to send her a text msg containing those information we gathered about her whereabout and she knew the game was up and decided to call her aunt, then her mom to inform them she was heading home already.

We're happy and glorify God for her safety. Thanks and God bless you all.

crood:
IF YOU DIE TODAY, YOUR NEXT OF KIN WILL NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

So many Nigerians think that their next of kin is the automatic heir to their account. But the truth is that if your next of kin is not a signatory to your account, and you don’t have a written will to determine that person’s legitimacy, the person will not have access to that money at all. Your bank will have to go through a process called a LEGAL PROBATE. This probate period helps them determine who gets the money in your account. This is a very very lengthy and expensive process. Even after the whole process is done, your family will have to forfeit some very reasonable amount of the money for legal fees.

But if you want to avoid this , simply request for your bank to give you something called a POD form. POD stands for PAYABLE ON DEA*TH. The name of the person you fill in that POD form will determine who will get your money . All the person needs to bring is a de*ath certificate to get that money out.

With a POD form , you will save your family the stress of going through all that lengthy legal process and even loosing some money to the law.

Hi op, if you really want to do this as a business, I will advise you to get a business account to monitor the cash flow. Also, let your wife know she won't eat [from] the business money (your wife would have to become the manager and you will pay her salary). Again, do not use your business money to finance the home [at least for now], you will have to keep it that way because once you/she starts spending from the business money, that is how it will start dwindling till it vanishes.

How To Always Score Between 80% And 100% On Surfer SEO: By Amechi Okoli

Clients want their articles to rank high in Google searches, and one of the most helpful tools for that is Surfer SEO.

I've used this awesome tool to optimize my articles for years, and I'll be sharing a few tips on how I always score between 80% and 100% on Surfer SEO!

1. Use the relevant keywords in the suggested amount of times

A lot of rookies don't know this, but the number of times a set of suggested keywords appear in your article, influences the content score on Surfer SEO.

If, for instance, the keywords “best bikes for elders”, has an 8/10 suggestion, it means that particular keyword should appear at least 8 times, and at most 10 times in the article.

If it appears less than 8 times, or more than 10 times, you will notice that the bar where the keyword is written will either be pink or yellow.

However, the bar will turn green if it appears the suggested number of times (that means you have gotten that particular keyword occurrence right).

Do the same for all the main keywords in the article. It may require some rewriting, but it will help you score higher on Surfer SEO.

2. Use the right headers (H1, H₂, H₃, and H₄)

The title of your article on Surfer SEO is usually the main keyword. And this should be written with the header H1.

Write all the subheadings with the relevant headers, and watch your content score go up!

3. Make your content the suggested length

Breaking news – Exceeding the content length suggested by Surfer SEO can reduce your score drastically!

If the maximum article length suggested is 1,500 to 2,000 words, then make sure you keep your writing within that range.

No more, no less!

4. Use Images

Inserting the relevant images into your article can help you boost your content score on Surfer SEO. It will also do you some good if you use images that aren’t licensable (no watermarks!)

5. Structure your content properly

Using the right headers is one thing, while the overall structure of your article is another.

Keep your paragraphs short and readable!

Also, make sure you use bullets when making lists, as that too can boost readability and your content score!

There you have it, guys, these tips are what I use to ensure that my articles ALWAYS score between 80% and 100% on Surfer SEO.

Of course, Surfer SEO is just a tool, and it only helps to make your writings rank higher on Google searches. It is still up to you to deliver a well-written article that is engaging, free of grammatical errors, and plagiarism.

Contact me via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp - +2348033422206 if you would like me to write for you.

I have many valuable years of writing experience, and I am at your service!
Thumbs up!
Family / Re: Marrying A Feminist by tundebasic(m): 9:16am On Jun 26, 2022
Kobojunkie:
1. Submission in marriage is God's curse on marriage which rendered marriage not of God but of this world(unholy). undecided

Here's my question to you. If submission is so good, why do you not yourself submit to your woman? undecided

2. God gave what you refer there to as the Mosaic Laws to the people of Israel -those who have the blood of Israel flowing through their veins- as a National Constitution for the Nation of Israel which He constituted of them in the Land of Canaan. There were no "limitations" to the Law as it was designed by God to serve as His Law to the Nation of His creation and even of that Law, as Jesus Christ explained ,"Heaven and Earth will pass away but not a jot of God's Word/Law will pass away... Matthew 5 vs 15 - 17". That Law, the Constitution of Israel as given by God lives to this day and to eternity. undecided

3. Jesus Christ clearly says you are no longer to earn a living as His follower - John 6 vs 25 - 35. . He pulled His own disciples away from their careers/jobs, businessess, promising them so much more in reward for abandoning it all for His sake - Matthew 19 vs 28 - 30. undecided

The instructions are you are to no longer work for food that perishes. Someone else might do it but are not to do it. It is pretty straight forward. Jesus Christ and His disciples did same, and the same is expect of all those who follow Him. undecided

4. I know you think that Redemption/Salvation from the curse will come with God pretty much rolling back the curse for you or something like that but that isn't the case at all. As Jesus Christ said, those who love Him are those who obey His teachings(and commandments) , the Only Way to be saved/redeemed from the condemnation of sin aka Death which is God's Judgement against man since Adam - Genesis 3 vs 16 - 19 undecided

5. Again, see #1. undecided
I had to read this thread from beginning to the end because of you; I mean to read all of your comments. I must commend, you are very intelligent. But, these are my findings:

1. You said marriage is not of God but of this world.
2. God is not against divorce.
3. You are no longer to work for your daily bread. You even affirmed that: "Jesus Christ clearly says you are no longer to earn a living as His follower."
4. A woman must not submit to her husband; instead, marriage is a partnership. You quoted Matthew 23 vs 8-10.

Now, my questions:
1. Do you wish to get married or you believe humans are in marriage due to lack of understanding?
2. If God is not against divorce, and you want to get married, what would be the limit of your tolerance in a marriage.
3. What do you currently do for a living? Can you marry a man (or allow your sisters do same) that has no job but is VERY religious?
4. What is your idea of submission (not from a dictionary or book; I mean your very own thought of it).

RESHARPENED:
First of all, Payoneer didn't trick you. You just failed to read their terms. That's on you.

That said, there's a way for you to actually withdraw your funds from Payoneer since it's more than $25. I'll show you how to do that in this post.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to www.Grey.co and create an account.

2. Apply for a GBP, EURO and USD account with your ID and valid utility bill. Utility bill could also be a bank statement with an address that corresponds with the one you opened your Grey.co account.

3. Make sure you apply for ALL the 3 accounts (GBP, EURO and USD). There's a reason for that.

3. Grey.co will send you a message when the accounts are ready. Euro and GBP should be ready in a maximum of 48 hours but you'll have to wait a little longer to get the USD account.

When you get the USD account, here's what you're going to do:

1. Add the USD account details to your Payoneer profile.

2. When it asks for the country of the account, click on United States. Not Nigeria.

3. Take note of this point 'cause it's the key to everything. When you get to the field for ROUTING NUMBER, copy the ACH routing number from the USD account Grey.co gave you.

ACH, not SWIFT. If you use SWIFT, your money is GONE. That's if it even goes through in the first place.

4. If it asks for bank address, copy the US address assigned to the USD account on Grey.co.

5. Once your account is successfully added to Payoneer, withdraw your money.

6. Exchange it to Naira on Grey.co at black market rate and withdraw to your Naira bank account.

Understand that Payoneer will deduct about $3 or less to process the payment. Grey.co will also deduct 1% to receive the money. Also, Grey.co will make another little deduction to convert the money to Naira. Then another (#35) to deposit the Naira into your preferred Naira bank account.

Overall if $40 left Payoneer, expect to get the Naira equivalent of about $34 in your bank account.

Another thing to note is that, Grey.co's USD account is facing some issue at the moment. Make sure you confirm that it's fully back online before you withdraw to the USD account.

Enjoy your money!

Trust me, most who go back to Nigeria complaining didn’t move back by choice.
You and Justwise present strong points and I advise anyone to be suspicious of people who complain about the developed countries they moved to.
If you visit any Nigerians here in the US (my paternal side included) you hear them complaining to family in Naija about bills and how hard things are then the moment they disconnect the call, they jump right back to loving and enjoying their new life.
The majority of people who complain aren’t legal and don’t have papers, are lazy, don’t want family back in Naija to ask for help migrating, or ask for money.

Real question: why do these monikers act like bills and taxes are curses and everyone abroad works around the clock, living a hard life of struggle? A nice, comfortable lifestyle costs and we enjoy the amenities funded with our taxes. Savings and investments are priorities to me but what good does having large amounts of money saved serve in an unsanitary, uncomfortable, and dangerous environment where one encounter can wipe savings dry? Serves no good at all.
I like this comment. The thing bin touch me wella.
