Real thanks for your input. I love it when people smartly handle Life issues with common sense. You don't have to be a Medical practitioner to observe that they could be great risks for Pregnant Women.

Repeated sessions of Xrays has lots of predisposing effects on the human body, and the unborn neonate especially is at great risk even from a single session.

@tundechange You don't have a problem at all! Simply mail the CIC about it. I think I have seen somewhere on canadavisaforum, someone faced same predicament and mentioned that their is a waiver/delay or sort. I am not so sure but you can check that forum first, you would see the info. God bless!

Can you please leave off the X Ray till your baby is here?Am not a medical personnel just speaking from my personal observation and experience i live in Dubai and have had to do Xrays a few times one of the first questions always asked is if you are pregnant no one will do an Xray for a pregnant woman here.My clinic and hospital even have pictures of unborn babies pleading with their mums not to enter the room on the doors of Xray rooms.

Secondly i noticed i was always exempted from passing through the automated[Best English word i could use]security stuffs anywhere even at the Airports both here and in the States soon as they discovered i was pregnant.My take on this is if it has no effect at all then why the precautions?

My advice will be please do not risk it might be a 50 50 thing but its always best to be save than sorry.Maybe you can try writing CIC on her situation when you get ITA and see what they advice.I know Australian immigration lets the woman do it post pregnancy if they cant give a waiver.

There is only a very very slim chance of an X ray affecting a neonate and this chance can be further reduced if the pregnant lady wears a lead shield.

The choice is yours. CIC can wait for your wife to put to bed first. If I were in her shoes, I will definitely go ahead with it, but will insist on using a lead shield.

PCC.. Nigeria's own is valid for 3months from the date of issue. Though 6months is written on it
Foreign PCC: Must be issued after the last time you left the country.
Medicals: One year... yes you can go for upfront.. but it's advisable if you're sure of ITA soon or just do it post ITA and Upload
reference letters from previous employers: doesn't really have a validity since you no longer work there but must be issued after you must have left and signed and stamped by the HR
Reference letter from current employer : it's better to have it issued same year you're applying.

You are in the wrong thread bro....Express entry thread is where you need to ask the question but i think I can try to answer you..
It is better for you to get reference letter from the two companies, you don't need to tell your present employer it's for Immigration purpose to protect your job in case it didn't work in your way and also the reference can be "To whom" not necessarily address to anybody. You can tell your boss you need to register with you professional body and you need reference letter stating the cic recommendations..

Please, I ve 9 years work experience, 4 yrs from Company A, previous employer & 5 yrs with Company B, my present employer.

I want to claim point for d 9 yrs (though d points wud be same with 3 yrs) and I don't want my present employer to know what i'am processing, hence I won't be able to get reference letter.

My questions:
Can I use just my previous employer since its just 3 yrs I require to get max points or can I claim d 9 yrs and use my current letter of employment and pay slips to back it up.

Wes will wait for your transcript and they will verify both before they begin evaluation.
You will probably get evaluated for two or more degree and get,
128 points if you are single
119 points if you are married.

Wes will not go ahead with evaluation. Unless you instruct them to evaluate without your OND.

If you indicated in your initial application that both should be evaluated by WES,then they'll want them. But I believe they'll start with whichever comes first but it will be incomplete until the other gets to them for evaluation. Either way it will take sometime.

Just go there with a photocopy of your international passport and one passport photograph. You will get it within one hour.
