Good morning my people!

My evaluation is presently ongoing with WES and its taking time.

I filled d online form & made payment, got a reference no, sent my certificate & transcripts via my institutions to WES, they acknowledged receipt and sent verification letters to my institutions since June 7 but up till this morning, my institutions are yet to receive WES's verification letter. Am evaluating my OND from a Poly & B.Sc from Unilag.

Could you pls run tru with me d process of evaluation with IQAS? Unlike WES, does IQAS send verification letter to school before concluding their evaluation? How much do they charge too?

Yeah...I used IQAS and I hv no regrets whatsoever. It was faster, cheaper and gave a more accurate assessment than WES (in my case)so I'd readily recommend it to anyone except you have a non-uni certificate like ACCA...then I'd suggest you go with WES but if It's a uni cert you want to evaluate say Masters or Bachelors...go right ahead with IQAS.

You should use your new name because old things have passed away, behold they have become new.

Hi guys, WES sent verification letters to my institutions since June 7 but yet to be received. I've been following up with both schools. Am just worried!

Ems might take anywhere from 7 to 15 days. Depending on the day they are having. Packag to Canada leaves every Tuesday from MIA. But, I think schools have their official courier that they use.

It might take a week or two, you know schools normally use post office ,so it's better to use EMS, so that your verification won't be the only one with odd courier company in your school which might look suspicious to WES.

Thanx so much. I am actually following up with both institutions. Please, when sending it back, how long will it take to get to WES if its sent by Post Office EMS. I actually sent the previous one through DHL and it was delivered within 4 working days. I'm trying to consider Post Office EMS cos its cheaper.

Track it from the Registrar's office try and tip someone there (the person in charge of receiving and dispatching mail)so that he/she can inform you when they receive it then still try and pay for courier (post office EMS) to send it back through say person get the tracking number, that was what I did last year

I got 2 email messages from WES on June 7 that the photocopies of my documents have been sent to my institutions for verification but up till now, they are yet to receive them. How can I track the packages, though they were not sent by Int'l courier. I guess they used Canada Post to send them. Does it really take longer time like this? Please EPP your bro cos my IELTS results would be ready tomorrow and I wan enta pool asap!

Please to those who have gotten ITA and PR, kindly confirm if my letter from a previous/current employer can be addressed to addressed to 'to whom it may concern' or must it be addressed to CIC Ghana.

I am asking because I want to keep it confidential, hence, I don't want them to know.

Yes, you can contact them and request you want it expedited. they will give you instructions on how to pay. Also, they use ups not Dhl.

It depends on the way your school receive check with the registrar's office. It's either email or normal post, courier is something you request for and you will be charged additional money.
Give it like 2weeks your school should receive it if it's normal post

Please for anyone with recent experience, how long does it take wes to acknowledge receipt of documents after confirmation of delivery by courier. My status is still showing waiting for required documents, meanwhile the documents were delivered yesterday

They will update your profile after 3 working days. It will read "documents received, review in progress".
