Secondly it's optional for them, there's no law preventing anyone to do their wedding anyhow they wish in Nigeria( unless the Op created one), and thirdly PMB daughter is a fourth wife whereas GEJ daughter is the first to her husband. So I don't see any reason for extravagancy in PMB's case
