We don't even know who is not saying the truth. (PDP)18,356,732 + (APC)16,741,430 = 35,098,162 total votes. So does it mean that none of the other political parties had even a single vote? Are you saying even each of the presidential candidate of other political parties did not vote for them self but voted for either APC or PDP? Where are the other political parties' vote? So Sowore and others didn't have any vote. How do you explain that?
The total votes is given as 37m+ what you read is specific to their claim between apc and pdp.

Seems you dont know what pain me.i cant imagine what you are going through after your party was destroyed in your own state
You are very emotional about this party affiliation yet, you gain nothing from it! With the level of emotion you display, you remind me of jjc football fans that won't be able to eat cos their team loses!

Move beyond wanting to win argument to robust horizon expansion. By the way, foul use of language is the first emotional low line give away!

Stop creating uncoordinated Speech and submission like Wole, Olujimi and Yusuf Ali.

I so much respect The TRIO but this days seems age is telling on them or how do I put.

Honestly you need to see how Yusuf Ali was sweating yesterday under AC and How Wole was trying for find his footing when his line of Appeal where been puncture even stylishly by some of the Appeal Panelist.

If you were there you will understand better,

but since you are not there let me leave you to your situation as it is.

don't let me compound your problem the more
The dude is in pains that will worsen when, the Appeal court unanimously uphold the judgment of the tribunal, before the supreme court issue final red card to Oyetola/apc.

Server result cannot be relied upon as being authentic, when card readers were not used in some polling unit. I sensed PDP hacked inec's server to input those figures. Even in my polling unit card reader result was more than the ones mark on the register. Many po made mistakes when using the card reader, some didn't even use it at all, I attest to this. Can PDP say the same strategy should be used for the just elected governors? Therefore, only the result sheet(form EC8A) is valid
If only you are the courts!

Wole is so good but Ikpeazu SAN is better.

The interesting thing is that it is this same team (Wole, Olujinmi and Yusuf Alli) that is defending Buhari at the presidential tribunal.

Three of them combined couldn't stand the fire power of Ikpeazu SAN alone who is leading both the PDP and Adeleke team. I wonder how they intend to do that against PDP's and Atiku's teams.

It is easier to win Buhari at the tribunal than Oyetola at the tribunal. Only fools don't know this.

We are expecting another double massacre of Wole. First, at the Presidential tribunal and then Ogun Gubernatorial tribunal.
Spot on.

Atiku will gradually be frustrated and will run out of time just like the edo polls.lets wish that inec delays until may before releasing materials to them
Was that how buhari was frustrated between 2003 and 2011? He mustn't win but, he must be allow to exercise his constitutional right to challenge the outcome of an election he truly believe he won.

Let us have electronic transmission of results like done in US, that way losers will gallantly accept results. 2019 election is a sham.

By the time the appeal court unanimously uphold the tribunal judgment, you will gentle las las.

I am particularly interested in what the supreme court will rule on the legality of supplementary election. where already results are declared, and a contestant has met the constitutional requirement to be declared winner but, inec comes up with 'margin of victory' story.

Because of the Palestinian struggle which the Iranians support 100% while Saudi is dilly dallying. All the terrorists sects are sunni.

Its happening. They are trying to show their true color. We know their ideolody and antecedence. The first set of people that caused disunity among Muslims in the world immediately after the death of noble Prophet. If they are allowed to perpetuate their obnoxious doctrine in Nigeria, it will be a time bomb ready to blow. No Nigerian is above the law of the land

A sting operation is sanctioned by law. Someone stealing INEC data has no such legal protection. And any evidence used by anybody in court must be without questions before ot is permissible.
Okay no need arguing.
PoliticsRe: Atiku Has A Good Case In Court! by tuniski: 2:52pm On Apr 24, 2019
kayfra:
Not true. If a police obtains evidence without a valid warrant, it will be inadmissible not to talk about a random civilian.

It's a legal proceeding and not evidence for a news report.
Wrong only statements and confessions obtained under duress that are not admissible. A police can obtain evidence without warrant in a sting operation!
Or you think going undercover will require warrant to video tape material evidence?
PoliticsRe: Atiku Has A Good Case In Court! by tuniski: 2:29pm On Apr 24, 2019
kayfra:
Any evidence obtained via an illegal means is illegal. It is tainted and not even admissible in a Kangaroo court, if we had one. Go read up on legal cases and why many cases were thrown out of court due to improper evidence.
You are very wrong please expand your horizon on law of evidence. If one breaks into a house to obtain a material evidence, the evidence remains valid based on genuineness and relevance but, a crime of house breaking has been committed.

You can't use an illegal evidence in court. It's a court of law for Christ's sake. Imagine the precedent that will set!
There is nothing like illegal evidence. Once the evidence is genuine and relevant, it will be admissible. The manner of obtaining it may create/constitute an offence punishable separately.

His witness will have to testify, whistleblower or no-whistleblower. The person will be cross-examined and will have to say how what he did was not in contravention of INEC rules or the law. It will be thrown out before anybody knows it.
It will be admitted even if it is illegally obtained for as long as it is authentic and relevant.

You are the clown decreeing gbaja as speaker as if you will even be near the gallery on that day.

Just know it, once you see a counter nomination on the floors of senate and house of rep, it is over for Lawan and Gbaja.

Atiku claiming Adamawa as his state of origin all these while is tantamount to claiming that he is neither from Jigawa nor Sokoto, and became a citizen of Adamawa when Jada was ceded to Nigeria!

The next question then is - Can he contest as President?

Let us allow the courts to interpret.
Atiku claiming adamawa is exactly how. Nigeria shoud be. Once you are indigenous nigerian, it is should be your prerogative to take up any nigerian state irrespective of your parents. Well milllions are already like that sef.

Gbajabiamila is the next speaker of the house of reps. He’s the most qualified and the natural choice of all reasonable Nigerians. Only myopic opposition party cretins and some others blinded by bigotry are against his candidature. Good enough, those with him are far more than those against him. He will emerge as the next speaker.
On the floor of the assembly, whosoever stand against gbaja and Lawan would win. All these Endorsement and noise will remain outside. Except they are presented unopposed they won't emerge winners.

So, who do you think will clinch the seat of the SP?
I sincerely don't see Lawan clinching it, Most likely Goje. Anyone but Lawan and Gbaja will be good for democracy else we will be In full civilian dictatorship.
