You don't get it, do you? PDP had agents in all the PUs and they are essentially witnesses who generated the alternate figures the pdp might be relying on. What its needs to prove is aggregation of violation and alteration.

Many governorship election petition cases have witnessed more than 1,000 testifiers without any success. By the time these 400 witnesses come under intense cross examination more than half will be crumbled. Are you kidding me?400 witnesses for a presidential election? Nonsense!

You guys are very poor in deduction! Again, should a State collation officer step forward to recant results declared in a state as being doctored,that is beyond gathering the electorate of the state as witnesses.

Case of widespread malpractice requires significant proportion of the electoral constituency while falssification/alteration of result in the first instance requires event/happenings at collation points which are very small.

Again, the case might be targeted at specific states to wipe out opponent's victory margins.

Just allow the case to roll no need to agitate. It is democracy and the rule of law.

That's where the issue is, a witness can only testify about event in a PU(according to SC), the number of witnesses must have a significant effect on the testimony, 400+ is insignificant in about population size of 170000+, that is less than 5%, SC will not cancel such election even if rigging is clearly proven.


This is where me and you usually get into a squabble.there are a lot of things you obviously dont,you dont know much about election petition cases and you claim to know when you are empty.you dont ever accept your limitations.the supreme court and the constitution had established how election cases cam be proven,its not about quality but quantity.it can only be established polling unit by polling unit and each unit is treated specially.atiku has failed
