PHCN connected our electronic card meter, over two weeks with free 100units, With information that we will receive activation code within five working days( which without it you cannot purchase unit)

Its over two weeks now, and the 100 units has been exhausted, and we are yet to receive any activation code, we have been to their customer care center several times and yet we haven't received any code yet.

We met other people with the same complaint, and some people said it took very long before they could get their activation code.

Please if there's anyone here that knows how I can generate the activation code should please tell me because I have searched all over the internet for an alternative source for the activation code, and I found none.

I am just curious as to why Globacom has refused to make significant improvement in their internet speed, even after the customers have been complaining and requesting for a better service. Complaints about poor browsing experience on Glo network is everywhere on the internet.

They come up with great data plans, but when you subscribe to these plans, you are frustrated to the point of almost throwing your phone on the floor. Even the 4G Sim only shows H+.

Please Glo we will like to patronize you, but we dont want free data that we cannot use in peace.
