Hi all. After some weeks of buying an infinix hot note i cannot pick my calls on one swipe. I have to swipe many times to the right to pick and many times to the left to cut a call. I miss calls due to this at times. Is any one experiencing this?? Thanks.

4. Others:
A location plan prepared by a relevant professional registered to practise in Nigeria covering a radius of abou250mm of the proposed site development. The plan should include adjacent developments, name of roads and other landmarks to sufficient to locate the development. It should be at a scale of 1:500
Three copies of physical planning technical report of the proposed development. For an existing development an audit report is required by a town planner registered to practice in Nigeria. This is mostly for developers.
Three copies of Environmental Impact assessment(EIA) report where the development for industrial, commercial and institutional complexes etc
One sun print survey plan signed by a surveyor registered to practice in Nigeria. The survey plan shall show access to the existing or proposed access to the site and shall be submitted with a photocopy each at the back of the five block of plans.
A photocopy of the current tax clearance certificate and development levy in case of an individual. PAYE certificate and tax clearance of at least two of its directors, company’s certificate of incorporation and income tax certificate
Photocopies of the receipt of processing fee paid and other charges
Evidence of ownership of the land on which the proposed building is to be developed
If a State land, photocopy of receits of payments of relevant land charges with letter of clearance issued by lands bureau.

I frankly don;t go along with not using a heart to love because you don't want to be heartbroken. Architecture is partly an expression of artistic flair, if you have a good design, and I mean a good signature design, then folks will beat down your doors to purchase from you. I know I will.

But again a very good site, keep it up.

Good day everyone, I don't know whether to regret making Honda my first car. I recently got this 2005 Honda Accord, Discussion Continues, V4 engine and I have jumping from one issue to the other. I now wonder if the car is cursed...when idling in traffic, it vibrates, when AC is on and in Neutral, it vibrates. The gear shiftstick lighting doesn't come on and this morning, I turned the ignition, it came on but the engine wouldn't start. It would just kick healthily but won't start. The key in question is the valet key as the seller didn't have the original sensor key.
I called a mechanic and he said the car's security sensor is not recognizing the key and it needs reprogramming. I have spent a lot of money on this supposed 'direct toks' and I'm tired. Thinking of selling it...please I need help fast.

Check the engine seating and gear sitting for defects. Its possible its been accidented tokunbo or nigerian used... Not actually toks. Maybe the key has been tampered with before

3. Mechanical ,electrical and Plumbing
Five sets of mechanical,electrical and plumbing details for all high rise and public buildings prepared and signed by a services engineer registered to practice in Nigeria.

For approval,private residences do not require mechanical and electrical drawings.But you may need it for construction in order to avoid wasting money due to lack of planning.

2. Structure:
Five sets of structural drawings or details of the proposed development prepared and signed by a civil a/structural engineer registered to practice in Nigeria together with the following.
Structural calculation sheets.
Letter of undertaking to supervise the proposed development during construction issued by a registered civil/structural engineer
In the case of an addition or modification to an existing structure. A certificate of structural fitness issued by a civil/structural engineer certifying the ability of the the structure to bear additional load is required.
Subsoil test report in case of all structures above four floor or in swampy or marshy locations or where site is close to water bodies.

@ egunmogaji you are right. You get plans in books and websites in western countries. This a database of some architecture firms who get paid for each commission. Nigeria's terrain in different as most people will shortchange the scheme.

Front drains and concrete side walk abutting property
Landscaping of the front set back between the edge of the side walk and property boundary
Floor of every floor showing appropriate details including dimensions of rooms, positions of doors, stair case/stair well/lift service
Cross and longitudinal sectional drawings showing height of rooms/spaces along appropriate lines
Front, rear and side elevations of the building, the height floor levels and others that may be required.
