When you check your data balance you will see 2 GB staring at you but when you download a file of let’s say 2 MB and you check your data again over 4 MB will be missing. NCC please take note.

Architects who will give you these and much more are within Nigeria. Architects' services are underrated and that is the major reason you have all sorts of buildings around. I am an architect with about ten years experience and have first hand experience on why our built environment is below par.

My advice... Just give someone else to design another for you. This will save you time rather than trying to redeem the attached plan. There is so much wrong with it.

In summary:
All spaces have no proportion.
The general arrangement is flawed.
Most space sizes do not meet the minimum required standards.
There are lighting and ventilation issues on the design.
The form may not give you a good exterior design.

@ Hajji, don't really understand what you mean by 'same half plot?' The building is on a full plot which is transversely divided so that there is are 2 buildings on the site. There is access for the back building beside the one posted.
The building meets the planning requirements of 6 meters in front and a minimum of 3 meters on the other sides.

Without black gold or black diamond ,Nigeria would have been better off. Awolowo developed the West without oil money.Black gold made everyone lazy just like a spoilt child who does nothing because he has a rich father who always meets his needs anytime. Where are you. If your project is in Lagos, Orile is ok for plumbing, sanitary ware,tiles,doors etc. jibowu for POP finishing. You may also try Mushin.

Number 9 is somewhat incorrect. You should build the biggest possible based on planning laws not based on what you can afford.The planning laws should be your major guide especially in Lagos where you can hardly get a large expanse of land.
