Men are hunters naturally. Don't confuse being chased with being pretty or exceptional. All ladies have a class of men that will chase them. From what u decribed I am unsure those males you refer to are 'men'. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: My 1985 Ouster Caused Crippling Of Naira —Buhari by tushbobo(m): 4:30pm On Apr 23, 2016 |
It's unfortunate how people just make comments for the sake of it. There was no blame in that article... Just pointing out that devaluation has never helped us in the past. The real value is production. We do not manufacture jack so if we devalue it may not benefit us. Asides that the money we could have used as shock absorber has been frittered away during past administrations. Edwin Clark knew what he was saying when he mentioned that even drivers became billionaires under gej. No savings coupled with the oil price issue means there are few options and making a decision under pressure is mostly a bad idea. On a personal level, it takes time to get rid of a bad habit how much more a country that has been on the wrong path for many years. No doubt things are difficult now but it will surely get better. |

ednut1: I used to have that feeling too before now... but it doesn't really matter. Life is too short to be serious about these sort of things. Just have fun-thats what matters. It was a little funny and not as stupid as some others making front page. |
Properties / Re: VERY IMPORTANT: Mistakes Architects Make And Should Be Avoided by tushbobo(m): 12:32pm On Apr 20, 2016 |
Most people want designs for free or next to nothing. They will prefer to give an inexperienced person or a student to do their building design. When they get to construction stage they will spend far much more than they would have due to rework. Then the 'Architect' is to blame. Which Architect if I may ask? There is a process to everything, don't come crying when you ignore the process and the negative results start to show. Get a good and experienced architect, negotiate to get your design done and you will save yourself a lot of time, energy and money while on site. 1 Like |

Romance / Re: Why Most Guys Don't Marry Their Girlfriends... by tushbobo(m): 10:24pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
Attraction is the key thing. I had a virgin girlfriend who was a good wife material but I didn't have much attraction for. The woman I married was not a virgin when we met,we had sex regularly before marriage and that didn't stop me from marrying her. Major factors that play a role in whether a man marries a woman and vice versa are: Level of education Looks Family background Religion Communication(how well u understand each other) Finance Sexual compatibility Intelligence Taste Homeliness 1 Like |

hapheeyxz: Peeps cry on Jury day as their work is being torn apart after many weeks of sleepless nights...especially ladies. 3 design projects per semester takes all your time and money and you still have to cope with other theory courses. Looking back i think its ignorance that makes courses seem difficult. Most of the things we stress on don't really matter few years down the line. We ignore the important things only to find out later that those things we ignored are actually more important. |
