Drdavidodavid:Nigerians and God this, God that. Did he remember God when the sealed building was broken? I also pray he survives this but let's be objective for once. |
rusher14:TB Joshua's case is different from Richard's case in many ways and getting a good lawyer may not be sufficient. Don't be surprised that wole olaonipekun is playing both sides, everybody befriends the government. The best he may do is negotiate a soft landing for Richard. I don't know a lot about joshua's case but the little I know will suffice. 1. TB Joshua's prosecution started under an outgoing fashola while the current case is being prosecuted under a zealous ambode who is trying to impress lagosians . 2. TB Joshua didn't break government seal to resume work on his site but Richard did and that in itself is criminal. It's a clear case of involuntary manslaughter. 3.Why did the Lagos state government rush to give preliminary findings without waiting for full investigation? Is Akpabio behind LG has touted in many circles? If yes this may be an opportunity for an APC government led by ambode to attack his funding. If the APC have any axe to grind with akpabio this will be tough for Richard. If you doubt me check Dasuki vs Buhari. 4. Instead for Lekki Gardens to lay low, They were wrongfully advised to issue a false press release that was debunked by artisans who survived that collapse. Some of those artisans havent even been paid their wages for weeks . By doing that they destroyed any sympathy well meaning lagosians should have for them. Those facts will probably come up in court.Trust me public sympathy also matter in the dispense of justice. I can go on and on but it won't bring back the dead. RIP to the dead, may every party involved learn a thing or two. |
Lagos building collapse : Death toll climbs to 34 34 people have now been confirmed dead in the 5-storey building that collapsed at Chisco bus stop, opposite Oando Gas Station in the Lekki area of Lagos state on Tuesday March 8th. 16 more dead bodies were recovered from the rubble yesterday. Meanwhile the number of survivors still stands at 13. National Emergency Management Agency Southwest spokesman Ibrahim Farinloye, while speaking to newsmen at the rescue site at about 7.30pm, said: “Operations concluded at 7.20pm with 34 dead and 13 rescued after reaching ground zero. Investigation on the cause of the collapse has started by various federal and state agencies.” Culled from Lindaikeji Seun |
texazzpete:Anyhow we wanna cut this ,buyers are also partly responsible. Some buyers never visit the site before paying. A brief visit to some of those sites will reveal poor constructions going on. |
Why is the price reduced? The owner wants to sell and run before this also collapse? |
This is nonsense, i bet if the building didnt collapse the state officials would have continued to enjoy their loot. This has been going on for long and all Lagos state officials supervising Lekki gardens projects are culprits. The officials should also be prosecuted. |
Nita2013: akelvin:Seriously I need to score soon before Trump locks me out and cancel my visa. By now I should have come back to write another " In the Spirit of Giving Back" That stuff cracks me up when I see it. In my mind, am always like In the Spirit ko,in the Flesh of giving in ni To all the mama's and papa's scoring goals back to back, your help and suggestions are needed o,make una no leave me behind ooo. ![]() CC: Nita2013, phema, shagaman, MadameU, bbaby84,hopefulme,anonymousmum,Nefertitiram,Modath, firstymum, olokings, sayoberry,Uchetobi and everibadi I didn't mention. |
My man the only answer is TIME. She is still 25, I bet if she married late like 32/33 she wont even drop a tear. Give her time to outgrow this. The pregnancy hormones can also cause this. Am a living witness of wify crying after she gave birth due to some little arguement. Thirdly like many suggested show her some tough love. Show the normal concern a husband should show but don't do more than that. Finally don't ever confront her dad,you will be starting an unnecessary battle. You should discuss this with your wife in the future. |
shagaman:We are doing good thanks. Haba the naira drop shouldnt pinch your pocket naa, quick do another one. Sebi you collect salaries in dollar via Total abi na Exxon sef. ![]() |
modath:Lol, with the dollar singing like canary? You go dream again . Every single naira drop was a hit back to back, from 165 to 465. General hospital ti take over. ![]() |
They pulled out long ago because their prices are quite expensive and not competitive when you have made in china everywhere, this is a recycled news before some wailers start somersaulting. ![]() |
So the so-called Zoo can rubbish this Nnamdi like this.....? Anytime i watch his video soliciting arms in the USA,i find myself laughing hard. Baba Buhari, abeg temper justice with mercy ![]() |
What of Dasuki Plc?, that's where I want to apply next @OP, on a serious note only few companies make the cut on your list. Dangote,Access, NBL, Guinness etal don't come close to some pay. |
SwagZeus: semaj23: Seapon:In okun o, ope ki mo dule gbeyin. A riru re mo . Se ona ijesa li ti sele ni abi ona ara? May God put his protection on you guys. It's time something is done about the incessant robberies ravaging that town. |
Ok she should have added a paragraph to explain her self in the initial tweet. No need for controversies. Case closed. ![]() |
Revenue for 2016 budget is adding up that means more money for the minister of power to work with. At this rate even the wailers will give up. Who says Loot Recovery is not good business? ![]() Ride on Baba, Ride on Magu.......Halliburton should yield another $2 billion. |
If we had leaders whose heads are properly screwed on,we won't need to hear such sermon from CBN. Saudi Arabia, Russia and UAE have some of the highest foreign exchange reserve to cushion the effect of the current glut. They also depended on oil for a long time. Some countries like UK, South Korea etc don't even produce oil yet they are fine. It's a make or break time for Nigeria, mismanagement has been our bane. I hope henceforth we will hold our leaders accountable irrespective of tribal or clannish affiliations. |
modath:lmao at the bolded, even state Budgets. No be one church leader dem use airlift dollars to SA? lest i be lynched i reserve my comment on how people run business empires called churches in my country. |
Zceesneh:And if he doesn't leave him alone what will you do? |
Do churches use public services like roads, security etc?. If yes they should be made to pay taxes or contribute to some special public fund. |
Baba signing all the necessary agreements and forging alliances that can move us forward as a nation, in 4 years time even the wailers will bless God for giving us such a determined leader. |
There are always 3 sides to a story, Their View, Our view and the truth. A proper investigation should be done by our government before blames are apportioned. |
kingbee109:Waooh this is an eye opener, i can see you have lots of information on these guys. I hope the appropriate authorities are listening. |
I recall Prophetess Patience Jonathan screaming" My fellow wimens, PDP is digitaaaal, dont let APC take us back to Analog". This senator is obviously stuck on analog ideas. ![]() |
Thanks OP for sharing my sentiments, fayose is obviously bereft of ideas while Aregbe has been confused for a while. |
raptor2:The only reason I see is the travel history but on a good day those who never travelled anywhere have been granted. I will suggest you repackage yourself and reapply. Cheers |
