Please house help as am really and seriously having a headache. I need to reapply for my visa as I was denied last week. Some of the advice I was given was to reapply with my hubby. Now hubby with not be able to apply with cause of time as his nature of job would not give him time till 3months.
The challenge is do I still reapply with my Lo as I can't leave him alone. Or apply alone and get the visa and then what happens to my son as I can't leave him alone as daddy would be very busy.

What of your old school mates who live in lagos? You should contact them to know if they can be of any help. The only job I can easily source for you is marketing , which will only favor you if you stay on the mainland because of transport cost.

OP, Sorry about the poor treatment meted to you but i wont blame the duty manager from the little i know. Dont be surprised that the duty manager have not been paid his salaries for the past 3 months!!!. Arik is known for delaying salaries and maltreating even their pilots,its a vicious cycle.

My company have clients who are pilots with them and their complaint is never ending. Arik and its board needs to be cleaned up by our government.

I saw the Abuja NIV viewing this thread yesterday and when they read stuffs like this they will further validate the fact that Nigerians don't have integrity. Such things have ripple effect on innocent applicants who get maltreated at the POE or denied visa at the embassy. We already have a poor image as a country let's do our bit to clean it up.

No response from Lagos for almost a week now.
Can I use the one I received from Abuja. My visa was issued in Lagos.

You are good to go. I think abuja's responses are even better. Lagos is probably getting tired of responding to the change of intent letters.

You are very correct, i just read something similar on the net these asian guys on immihelp have been using this since methuselah days. There are two things the poster needs to manage though "intent" and "timing". I think an immigration lawyer will be able to help her assess those two angles when she gets to the US. Like you said its not a common route and i dont know if a preggy will be able to cope with the stress.
