yes...that issue have not been resolved by both parties. Unless someone can provide an answer here on how to go about it. I opened a US paypal even yesterday, it didn't went through adding a Payoneer bank account. Though I heard about this issue last year but I thought it has not taken effect. Sadly, it has and getting a Paypal debit Mastercard itself will involve stress.

lol. the first mistake I made on freelancer was when one ASIAN id**t awarded me a project. As a tyro then, I was so ecstatic that I didn't even know when I clicked on ACCEPTED without requesting for milestone. This was a $20 project. After realizing the arduous task given to me by the IDI**T, I requested for milestone. And to my mortification, the guy told me he will pay me whenever HIS OGA AT THE TOP CONFIRMS MY PROJECT (PROBABLY A MONTH TIME AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED THE PROJECT, HE SAID). Of course, I demurred the the project, but the injury had been done: $5 was deducted from my account. Now, I usually think thrice before bidding on any ASIAN'S PROJECT. Ihey are looking for SLAVE WRITERS, not PROFESSIONAL WRITERS

I made the same mistake too. Your last statement is so true. It is because of one Ediot like that too that I closed my Nigerian account. Let me ask you something, when a milestone is created by the Employer, does that means a deposit is with freelancer.com just like Fiverr?

Same here bro...Glo and Airtel are bullshit, making me to lost out in a business with good amount of dollars. Load the page, na lie....you can't imagine how frustrating it is, after wasting much money to buy data plan. Yesterday, I bought MTN 2gig plan. Voila, page opens with lightening speed.

For me, I have tested all networks but I prefer etisalat for it super fast internet speed. Though they need to improve on their data consumption rate and network coverage.

I will give it to MTN , Glo and Airtel don do me long thing. Especially Glo, worst network ever. 3G is like tortoise traveling to Sokoto to visit his in-laws. Air tel data plans are not okay. They need to step up their game. I am not familiar with Etisalat, they are far behind. A whole state capital not to have consistent Etisalat 3G service.

Very important. Most employers require certain Exam level before you can bid on their project. If you don't have it. You can't bid. If you are into writing stuff for instance, the two most important Exam badges you must have are : US English-Level 1 and UK-English Level 1. I remember when i first started, a project that i could easily handle( essay on boko haram) requires one of those exams. And not having a deposit in my bank acct, being a weekend, made me lost out, not being able to bid. i mentioned it on this thread. Find a means to take those exams either with your reward credit or $5.

I Honestly think this is a nice policy. i also understand that it will not be easy for the poor masses in the short term, but will pay-off in the medium and long term.

We should not cloud our selves with who becomes rich from this policy and which part of the country He/She is from. We should look at the policy from an overall economic veiw. Our dollar reserve is droping fast partly because of fall in oil price and also our heavy dependence in dollar transactions {IMPORTATION}. This policy is trying to increase the cost of improtation as against local production. Notice that customs just removed the ban on most of these goods mention here by CBN, but slaped a minimum of 35% duty on them. this is not good news to importers. the people smiling here are the industrialist that have been calling for these mesures and preparing for their implimentation.

For the unrepentant importers i'll say it's a wake up call. We have a lot of wealthy people from all regions of the country, but very few had the believe to invest and build industries here. If these policy is going to help the few industrialist who believed in the "Nigerian Project" - So be it.
I would rather we have a few wealthy industrialist employing millions of our youths and giving them hope than have a million rich men with no real investment in the country.

If you want to blame someone....

1)Blame Saudi Arabia.....who caused the oil price to drop because they just had to up production to force the American shale oil producers out of business.

2.Blame your past govts....who kept our economy so oil dependent....that we do not have a decent industrial sector (Dangote is at least trying to stop the downfall of our industries.).

And we do not have enough FOREX in this country anymore because we are not making money from oil at all!

Instead of complaining about Dangote....telll your state governors and Abuja to put in place polices that will create more Dangotes. So that we can export industrial products, earn gallons of forex, and create a ton of jobs for all.

Infact....we Nigerians should be ashamed of ourselves. Why should we be importing rice and cement? Why?

Now is Nigeria's chance....industrial greatness....or nothing!

I like your analysis but if Nigeria can't fix the energy sector(electricity )... God help us, the economy may crumble. Such sector gives rapid and catalystic effect.

The glo overload is a scam. I'm on GBam with call rate of 15k per sec. The moment I subscribe to the overload, my call rate shot up to 40k per sec. Both for the bonus & main credit.

I just finished using d 4.5gb plan & did I hate it? Before you sub, make sure glo has flawless data service in ur area. D plan/ cost is quite a good deal but d service I experienced after d first ten days was really pathetic to say d least, always fluctuating badly. Culd b attributed to my area though. So once uv established that, u can make up ur mind.

The earth is older than that. Second, Man is not even 6000yrs old. You know why? The Adam in Eden is different in a way to the Adam after Eden (though the same person). First ask yourself, how many years, if we are to calculate it in the realm of Time, that Adam lived in Eden before the arrival of Eve and the Fall? Time and death started counting after the Fall, not before it. Adam then wasn't subjected to Time. And we can't say how many years it was in Eden. But after the fall, he lived 800yrs plus and expired.

Science is good but it is a low type of knowledge and wisdom to crack into realms that machines can't reach. The human wisdom is a wisdom of 'under the sun' and it is even the corrupt type, not the undiluted. Adam was the first Man of our race.
