pro01: Microsoft Surface tablet (Windows 8 ) is really good, and so is the Lenovo Thinkpad series. Some Dell and Asus tablets also run on Windows 8. .it all depends on your budget. If you can spare about N130-140k, I'll suggest either Microsoft Surface or Lenovo Thinkpad 2, although there are cheaper models that can do the job too.

pro01: If you must buy a tablet, buy one that runs on Windows OS. These Android tablets are pretty much entertainment devices that serve no useful purpose besides viewing pictures/videos, gaming, and surfing the Internet.

On the other hand, with a Windows tablet, you can enjoy (almost) the full functionality of a laptop and actually get work done. At least that's my experience.
