It depends. But I think FX is easy to trade because it obeys certain rules regarding economics, candlestick patterns, etc. If you get a hang of it, you are made. You got to know something about the currency pair, their economic situation, and stay with news.

News affect both worlds. I think only BTC and ETH are easier to trade in crypto because there are many technical analysis and fundamental explanations from people. Other altcoins, well, not so much. You can suddenly hear news of the a hack, delist, and then, you position is liquidated (which is not so in Forex).

Forex is very and deeply liquid. Tiny moves, and you are in money or loss, depending on your lot size (leverage).

Forex is not as easy as you think coz a lot dey chop losses very well.

In my experience so far, it's been mixed feelings. I have been able to pass my challenge trading mostly FX (that's $650). Now, I have incurred $270 loss [/b]on the account, especially by trading in last month's end. Just by not giving a f^ck...can I make it back and stay back in profits? Yes. Can I also blow everything? Yes.

[b]Right now, I'm experimenting with trading crypto only in the FX market (BTC and ETH). I would have been stopped out if I pulled the stunt I did with my open trade on these crypto commodities with currency pairs. But I'm still in play.

FX can suddenly reverse while crypto reversal is not too instant...like the EUR/USD pair I did.

Just choose your poison. Don't mind my long epistle.

People's attention is really on this year's September. What do you think it will be? Green or red...

My eyes are on 2016, which is an election year.

Then, 2020, which is a COVID time and an election year...(I think two rate cuts happened this year)

Now, 2024 is an election year, and there is no other worldwide event yet.

Well, what it intends to do is not yet clear—no clear price action. As for the daily chart, it shows perhaps a tiny dip down, but since we are at the month's end and another candle is about to open, I see a green bar upward to 63/64k.

Month's end and September are always volatile. September is coming bro and Powell announced a possible rate cut...so the market must dip. If they want to do it well, the first few weeks of September should pump...then a bang dump.

That should be 10 PM Nigerian time.

I feel stage 1 of 5 green happened today. I'm not really sure. I guess I came late to check it. Anyway, I'm no longer buying in stage 1. It should be in stage 3 or extended stage — which will be in September.

We should see some relief pump if NVIDIA earnings turn out well.

Looks like I will focus mainly on BTC and ETH starting next month...and few on indices...this month's end is not understanding.

I love this monthly chart of BTC...cup and handle....October should be really bullish to push us up past this and up and up....

My opinion is to sell close to the next meeting...I expect some pumps before the official announcement of a rate cut.

It may happen at the rates cut meeting (if it happens in Sept). It is a sell-the-news event. No biggie. There should be some pumps before that though to lure the sacrificial lambs in---same play; same results.

Abeg when will the time bomb explode...coz I no know which type of time bomb is this for more than 30 years now...

Weekends are for reflection...I have grown to love it despite coming from a crypto background. Also, crypto is available for trading if you still want to trade on weekends.

Maybe it is because it is not a favourite commodity trading for me. I can still use such on Bitcoin and crypto than XAU...don't know why.
