The simple.truth is the disparity between official and black market rates is ridiculous. If it were 10 to 20 naira difference nobody would bother to hoard or save it and the value of the naira depreciating so fast has made a lot of people hedge thier savings by converting to dollars.

Well seeing the latest news I'm expecting a sudden drop in the dollar naira ratio how low I don't know but I think it would be surprising particularly if the government has the balls to go all out and plug the loop holes.
