I learnt a great lesson yesterday ,I opened a short position for pepe2.0 and the coin started pumping hard ,I was down $800 and was almost liquidated,
My only saving grace in future trading is that I don't chase $100 with $10,I rather chase $10 with $100.

Set your stop loss...lol...futures trading is bad...and use a little amount of money for it...if money is big, very low risk...

TIPS:

- Decide the amount you're willing to lose way before going into a trade.

- Liquidation price should be really far away and nothing that can be hit within the next hours or few days.

- Once trade is 3% (or whichever percentage you want) above entry, it's time to place stop loss at entry for perfect risk management and lose nothing and keep riding the wave.

This is a strategy to keep safe.

I checked it earlier today if it is good for futures, nah! Not even for spot...you must be an expert sha, except you just want to short...that one is even risky because memes are highly volatile.

At this stage, I will advise that you trade ETH...It is still okay...just have a sweet spot for entry by checking the data...it may go past that, but it will still go back up.
