Indeed Lagos skylines are among the best in Africa, Imagine all these skylines in one single location
1) Sururlere skylines - Lagos Mainland (gat more skylines than the whole of Ghana)
2) Ikoyi Skylines
3) Victoria Island skylines
4) Lagos island skylines (Marina Lagos)

No city in Africa can or will come ever close Lagos in some 15 years time(excluding some parts SA)

40b is what is required to fully prepare Konza for investors,40b is what is required to build a new berth and set up infrastructure at the Mombasa SEZ,50 plus billion is what is required to build the greenfield terminal,40 billion can build you a decent dam that would irrigate thousand of acres,43 billion is the cost of the three new berths at Lamu.We need to look at our priorities right.Our infrastructure deficit is high,we need the private sector to do more and more!


If KCB can finance the 2jiajiri programme at 50 billion ksh,why can't eat take up one of the PPP projects offered by the gov't?

I don't think it should be rushed that fast.KQ needs to further prove itself.Plus,Malindi,Mombasa and Manda airports among many need a facelift! I don't think we have a congestion issue now! It's highly unlikely now seeing that the government is keen in putting its money on projects of high value returns. Greenfield can be actualized if we promote it as a PPP project!
