Some pple just want us to remain stagnant.I wonder y any sane person will contest against the use of card readers.I wonder y any sane person will expect the card readers to work 100%.
It is a new system ,it will definetly take about 2 more elections before it can work properly.
It wld av been a disaster if INEC didn't start the use of card readers now in this age and time
