but the second year is supposed to be the placement year which wasn't accounted for in the letter

@egocen are you sure you didn't pick the "1yr without placement option" , when making your application?
Placement is not compulsory....some courses have "with placement (2yrs)" and "without placement (1yr)" options.

Pls how is the experience like in IOM Abuja and does it really take 6hrs to get tested and receive certificate?

Am trying to plan around Tuesday especially being absent from work partially.

Please I need some that has experienced the center to help out.

There two rates on OANDA the 'ASK' and 'BID' rate or it's simply explained as the 'SELL' or 'BUY' rate... as of today July 19th 2021 it's =N=565.520 (sell rate ) and =N=567.364 (buy rate) ....so if today is your visa submission date what ever pounds you need to show which is normally inclusive of your living expenses and possibly your balance school fees ...you have to multiply that by the rate to buy pounds...it will give you the minimum amount you need to show in Naira in your bank statement for at least 28days....my opinion though!!
