abbey621: Come on, have you really done your analysis? I've been in the USA for about a decade now and I make over 100,000 dollars a year after taxes. I have uncles, friends and other family members in London and surrounding areas making over 60,000 pounds per year and they are just ordinary auditors, engineers and so on. I understand taxes and all but I also understand universal healthcare, tax refund and so on, my point is simple, when compared as a whole and not just frgaments or anormalies, there's no way majority of Nigerians are living better than those in the UK or the USA. Nigerians might be happier due to the fact that we love suffering and smiling but when it comes to things that counts such as 24/7 electricity, reliable healthcare, transportation, security and so on, there's no contest! Please what's the idea behind tax refund? |

faceland: Anything that has to do with PAPER, you are fooling yourself in Nigeria. That is partly why the government doesn't work. They want to see your diploma, they want to see your proposal (which might belong to someone else but another person change the company's name), they want to see your receipt of purchase. As if our people don't know how to forge those things Officially, Nigerian economy is strong, in reality, the verse majority doesn't have money to spend so we are really in a recession but on paper, we are not.
You can accept reality or keep believing in fantasy until reality hits you hard. If you cannot do it, someone very close must do it for you. They must be a "no nonsense guy" on the ground and a serious CEO would be that person instead of delegating it someone else. I don't understand your drift. A serious CEO would be in all 36 states of the country? A serious CEO would be in all countries that has his business domiciled ? Are you taking of one man business or corporations? People are halving multiple farms and running it from one place and you're talking of firms in this 21st century where companies are running online interviews across the globe, paper is being dumped for electronic authentication which the civil service is even gearing towards....Oga times have changed. It's quite easier to manage businesses offshore and electronically now compared to before and thousands of companies are doing that in Nigeria. |

Please I will be Relocating out of Lagos and would want to sell EVERYTHING in a 3 bedroom flat. 80% of the items are still new {not up to one year}. Items like TV, Sitting room chair, DVD and it's stand, washing machine, wooden bed, sleeping foams, all kinds of household furniture, air conditioner, freezer and everything inside the house.
Location is in Lagos State. Please Send me a message, you could come for Inspection too.
Thank you. I would advice you post the pixz of each item so buyers can know their state and you set your price to avoid unnecessary calls and disturbance. I think that would help faster as others are doing. |

That Rohr couldn't adopt a style to suit him doesn't make for crucification. Most of You don't follow our footballers outside the top 6 leagues and are quick to spell them off with little know on their play. Same osimehin that was yabbed because of little time at the nations cup, Now you're calling him because he is scoring. We need to give them time and faith, i hope you know that national team call up increases the stock of a player. Onachu has signed for genk, a player that scored against Man U in the Europa league and has been hitting double figures in Denmark but had no call and a low profile until his appearance for Eagles. Even mikel wey humble come back na because I'm bin dey find club oooo. Gabriel Jesus was given national team call up when man city where speculating on him, it's a way to build their players. Let's stop, this unnecessary hate game on them. Can you imagine that a player like onyekuru who scored close to 15 goals and had around 12 assists for galatasaray that played in the champions league and finished top 2 in turkey wasn't given playing time in the AFCON team? It's the coach in charge and he has his style. |

Let's see how it all pans out I am not rooting for any party cos I have my reservations on some issues but the direction towed by Nigerians on this issue is mind boggling, some claim she is looking for fame...a married woman with three kids?? Over the years there have continually been accusations of breaches on this pastor, the right thing to have been done was an investigation into the matter. The police are being obfuscated on their job by outside influence and money which we know, it's so bad that it has to take the first lady's influence before they can get to work. There are many rape cases going on in this country worst which bites me most is the chines and Indians taking turns and having group sex with Nigerian employees with the threat of job loss. Some said they worked directly under him and another I remember quite well said she was a primary custodian of their kids, another lady has also accused his wife of colluding by drawing women closer to the family and in turn the husband preys on them. It's all about relationship and status abuse, there must be incidences where this has led to a rift between him and his wife and you would never know what is burning in a house from outside, if you know how pained women are when they get used; some may have come to the house to physically confront him or his wife. Most men like this usually keep writings on build up to problems or he may have been incommunicado and his wife might have written to him, there maybe outside settlement and non-disclosure agreements which he might have forced or enticed victims to resort to. There are many things that can be unraveled by the search, the lady who was his child's assistant said they exchanged calls and text while she was caring for their child abroad, this could lead to so many grey areas being opened. Stop this dumb dumping of the Nigerian police force, even if you're smarter than one police man, you can't be smarter than the system they operate. |

This was an intentional strategy to be less dependent on foreign oil after the global financial crisis is 2008.
The Us was never a member of opec, same as Russia tho oil producers Bt more like independent producers that work along with opec globally.
My point is that, that is a country that thinks ahead and plans and achieves more than it set to achieve. I don't need you to teach me the Operations, modalities and functions of OPEC, America runs OPEC period!!! They are always strategizing for personal gains, a detail I wouldn't want to go into here. |

I heard of a guy who was employed by my former employer who stole millions of naira as sales rep , drove the official van to the office one morning and put the vehicle's key on the dashboard and ran away. They couldn't trace him till date. None of his guarantors could also be reached. I learnt he gave fake names and addresses of guarantors. I still blame our govt because our leaders who are supposed to be our mentors are now encouraging fraud. It still amazes me how akpabio made a ministerial list of Buhari's administration. It only suggests to me that money laundering is not a crime in Nigeria. In china, somebody like him would have long forgotten that he came to this world by now. The companies ineptitude cost them. I don't think that guarantor stuff should be applicable in this dispensation but someone submitted a form and it took the company till he eloped to try and make contact? It shows the level of seriousness of the company. |

jaxxy: So u know have more population and lesser oil reserves or output and u still don’t know u shud plan better? Is dubi just spending their oil money or building tourism and many other stuffs to secure their prosperous future?
Even with all our oils we steal more than we invest, we carry out shabby projects with inflated budgets and Ure giving excuses for us. Dubi is working with a formula/model that secures their future and u are saying it’s cos of our population we are a shithole.
Lybia is none of my business and I’m not worshipping Dubai or any foreign country at that, I believe in learning from better models and applying it appropriately to ur own situation effectively.
10/15 years America didn’t have oil they learnt a hard lesson from opec cuts and went all out to discover their own oil, now they are top producers, These are countries that plan and achieve not making damn excuses for decades and having absolutely nothing to show for it. America has always being an oil producing nation and at no time did Nigeria's oil out put surpass America. They have oil and reserves more than us. Also OPEC is controlled by America, if you don't know, know now. |

If they were making money, they would arrest and sack anyone caught defrauding the company.
You can't run a Nigerian business by sitting in America. You must be a 'hands on', 'always present' type of employer or your company would crash (regardless of race or nationality).
You are a failed business man because you didn't research the environment and behaviour of your prospective market, now you want to give people advice? You are not qualified to give people advice about doing business in Nigeria, ask MTN executives instead (they have been doing it SUCCESSFULLY for 20+ years). 'Get arrra here' So many companies are being run offshore in Nigeria. Knowing how to control your staffs with the right measure and accounting is better than sitting in the office all day. They can still Gbe you while you dey office. Do you know that controlling different branches of a business across multiple states within Nigeria is more difficult than being abroad and controlling your offices in Lagos, port-harcourt and Abuja? |

All Nigerians working in top multinationals companies in Nigeria are stealing millions from the companies they are working with.
Especially the account departments, procurement departments, purchasing departments, and logistics departments.
Nigerians are so wicked.
This is why many companies shutdown in Nigeria.
They steal from the companies they are working with to live stupid exorbitant lifestyles.
You will see an ordinary company manager or bank manager or supervisor keeping 20 concubines he is training in school, some going on foreign vacation all paid by him, some build houses and buy cars for uncountable women they are sleeping with, how are all these moneys coming about, from their salary and allowances Is the company their company for them to afford such luxury lifestyles
From President to Senators to Governors to Ministers to Permanent Secretaries to Directors of Ministries to LGA Chairmen to company MDs to Managers to supervisors to drivers to cleaners are all stealing!
All of you working for various companies reading this you know what I am saying, you know how you guys are stealing the organizations u are working for.
Majority or Nigerian Bankers are all thieves, all of them! They connive with fraudsters, they steal from banks, they do shady deals, they cut corners, they steal money belonging to dead people! Majority of Nigerian bankers in positions of authority or have power to approve certain banking activities and operations are criminals, all of them!!!
The only companies surviving in Nigeria are those into oil and gas exploration and FMCGs that are making huge profits to offset the massive stealings by their staffs, if not most or all of them would have shutdown!
Nigerians need total change, all Nigerians are now agents of corruption waiting for opportunity to steal and call it hustling, some call it window, fools!!
Make me President and I will jail almost all Nigerians that have occupied any major post.
Criminals!!
Even my upcoming company I laboured to build to the small level it is now, my stupid employees are stealing from me.
I will soon go India go bring juju for una, wicked Nigerians!!
Evil has found a lasting home in Nigeria You no follow thief build your company...evil kill you dia |
