Last week, a truck could not stop on time due to bad break and with a vehicle in front swerved off the road to avoid hitting it. But a lady was there, the truck hit her and then climbed on her.

It gets worse with "newbie mother's" who would hold their kids on the left, while walking in same direction to traffic flow.

I think all those should be included within the scope of enlightenment for FRSC.

Yeah you are right. But I think its quite difficult jogging on the road in Lagos. I enjoy it more in uyo where the roads are wide and dawn traffic is low.

Another important thing; if you are jogging on a road keep in mind to jog at an opposite direction to traffic flow, don't jog in the same direction of traffic because with your head looking to traffic, you would be alert to any imminent danger and can even have the luxury of putting your earpiece on.

what Geography are you referring to? the one taught us by the white man or the one skewed by our regressive political elites. Calabar is the south eastern part of Nigeria. There is nothing like south-south in geographical conventional terms.

The people we refer to as easterners in Nigeria are not duly so any more, they got attached to that name because of their delineation loped alongside the south eastern regions of rivers, cross river and akwa ibom and since they were the majority then the term was affixed to them.

Its ok to use it in Nigerian context but not when writing for international consumption because foreign folks don't play with maps regardless of what their educational discipline is.

if you want to move forward in your career like doctors in other clime, its best you start understanding and listening to patients plight.

i overcame that disease after 4 years of constant re-occurrence within the space of one month and i am proud to say i am free of it, it tortured my life for a long time and it took a "German doctor online" to get me free.

So much money wasted in general hospitals where you would be feeling internal itches and movement but the doctor would spend 5 minutes with you and shift you to next week after telling you to run tests and so on, then after 4 weeks he sits you down to counsel you that there is nothing like staph infection in your blood and in fact nothing wrong with staph and it is present in every humans body but ironically you are feeling your internal system in rumble.
