if i have trust issues, the seller has a duty to calm me down, give me assurance backed with strong evidence and then still respect my decision at the end.

I get what you are saying but as a buyer you must do your due diligence. If he/she still doesn't trust someone that has concluded so many deals in the course of research,that means the person get major issue.
