It was strange.
I was charging.
Phone was on my bed.
Next thing, I picked it up to do stuff and I could feel it was hot.
It's not like I have done anything much with it. I haven't even activated MIUI, and I have just 2 main apps I use, being VLC and whatsapp.

Actually, why I said it's strange is because I had this impression that SD phones don't get hot.

It's my bad though. I have somehow forgotten I used an SD435 phone, when the phone wan hot here, it can roast beans.

Now here's one feature I like about Note 4....
Even when I don't feel any hotness, it notifies me that the phone needs to cool down.
Then there is this app lock feature.

Could someone please tell me the advantage if buying A Redmi on a site like Aliexpress as compared to local e-commerce sites like Jumia, in my opinion I beleive it should be easier and more convenient to get these devices on official sites like Jumia, but going through this thread all the recommendations I've seen point prospective buyers to international sites, is it an issue of availability or is better to but it from Chinese sites.

The question is summary is; Why would you recommend an international e-commerce site for purchase of a mobile as against a local one

So I was about ordering my note 4x and thought to check this thread one more time and saw a comment about note 4 been more expensive and having more LTE and that made me hold back from ordering the note 4x. So I want a sincere advice on whether to go with the note 4 or the note 4x. Which would serve me better now and in future as I don't know much of tech. BTW i have checked the two phones on gsmarena but cant decide. Honest decision is what I need. Thanks in advance.
