debomb: It's true there's something just not right on the online form. My Birth certificate and degree ( all in JPeg) is not uploading.

When I click on the upload button.. 500 Internal Server Error comes up. Script error. All other uploads is fine.

Anyone else having this same issue and anyone with clue on how to resolve this?
