Phones / Top 10 Android Apps You Should Have Installed by Uchefrancis16(m): 11:48am On Feb 03, 2015
Today i will be guiding you all judiciously unto knowing the right and must have Apps to install to your new/existing Android phone to further enjoy the amazing features and capabilities parked inside those little monsters.

With the millions of Apps available for download at Play Store, the word choice has never being so easy to overcome, by many. And now, it doesn't only apply on what phone to buy. But also, what App to download & install?

Most of the apps i will be listing here are free top rated Apps in their given categories (areas of functions) so you don't need to start thinking of how to download paid apps for free or sticking out your wallet in search of $0.99. It may interest you to also know i already made a similar post on this before.

List Of Must Have Apps For Your Android

SOURCE:http://www.techdavids.com/2015/02/top-10-must-install-android-apps.html?m=1

==>Prey:
With prey be rest assured all you need worry about is keeping your Gps ON, and phone front camera in good condition. In case of theft prey will provide you pictures of the thief and location of your phone at any given time just by sending a trigger text to it or... You can also lock your phone using another password entirely over the air. From prey dashboard without actually hitting a button on your stolen/lost phone. A feature it also boosts of is ability to hide it from apps draw. So the thief doesnt know your phone has it installed.

==>Droid wall:
As promised in several of my posts, this is an App that enables you keep your Android/mobile data ON for weeks without losing a single kilobyte (KBs). Although, root access is required to run.

==>Es File Explorer:
A wonderful App you can use for accessing and unzipping zip files plus other file extensions on Android, Manage your files and above all it also supports file transfer over wifi.

==>EverNote:
Although i use NoteBook app on my device, i strongly recommend Evernote to you, For taking quick notes on your phone. Because it comes with a feature, that automatically saves your notes in the cloud so you can easily access then on other devices where ever, when ever you want it.

==>Greenify:
This app is wonderful. With greenify, you can efficiently, & conveniently hibernate/stop certain apps from running, to manage your low Ram and improve phone speed. A must have App for every phone with 512MB, 1GB Ram.

==>Mx Player:
If you would love to watch videos in various formats; avi, 3gp on your Android, this for you. And If you ask me, I'll say MX player is vlc media player for Android.

==>Microsoft Office Mobile:
By far ths best document viewer for your Android phone. And provides an amazing interface for reading your PDF, excel, word, PowerPoint files.

==>Smart App Lock:
To me its security 1st, then every other thing follows. Smart app lock gives room to enable you create multiple passwords, fake lock screens for various apps on your phone to prevent intruders from gaining access to certain areas on your phone.

==>Syblatv:
The greatest mobile TV app ever. Brings live streaming, of premier league matches, Aljazeera, BBC, CNN etc to your little monstar.

==>Whoscall
As Nigerians, we have to think like Nigerians. With whoscall, you can put an end to the dozens of unwanted calls & sms, sent by different telecommunication companies + that from sms short codes.

Wondering why there was nothing like Dr Web antivirus, CM security (Antivirus) on the list? This is because, as a myth(not really a myth since its true) that has been going on, that Android as an operating system, doesn't get infected by virus. I stand to satisfy that claim.

This So called antivirus Apps comes with other features like tracking, instant wipe, not just antivirus. And barely pops up when performing functions that wouldn't have been possible without root access like installing/using apps that can tamper with the root directory. And not necessarily viruses.

What are your views on this App list, and the ability for Android to resist virus?

I dont think the thread is that clumpsy to assimilate. I dont think i ever mention Nigeria in that post bro. as the thread borders on the "world". So dont misinterprete my thread. So if Nigerian are encountering problem over the tread, i think you should talk to the government to developed data service in Nigeria or why the heck you people are blowing shits on yourself.#NoOffense. Hello Ps3o!

I stand to be corrected. But having gone through the screenshot you uploaded, it appears you have simple sever active at the notification bar, MTN & Glo sims installed, with MTN Active for mobile data. Which shows clearly well that you might be making use of the MTN 3gb per day #100 data popularly known as MTN BIS on your Android phone. Not a 120GB plan for #1000 as claimed.

But still, I stand to be corrected. If that's not the case here.

Sure you can get another Free Mb from the same phone with another sim.

The tweak is still working fine you just need to tweak and tweak. But for now the sure way of getting this tweak without much tweaking is using the first 8 digit imei if the new infinix hot x507.

Right after Christmas, in the beginning of yet another year with huge expectations of positive change from our dear telecommunication networks, Etisalat is not living any stone unturned with the introduction of Etisalat Smartpaks bundles. Which offers unlimited access to the Apps you use the most.

See Post With Links And Images Here: http://www.techdavids.com/2015/01/etisalat-introduces-smartpaks-bundle.html?m=1

Here Etisalat makes use of the Fair Usage Policy to
grant unlimited internet access to certain Apps
within a specific period of time, duration depending
on the pak subscribed for. Say hourly, daily or
weekly.

#2,500 Explained

What Is Inside The Etisalat
Smartpaks?

Etisalat Smartpaks is divided into three different
paks. Meaning there are 3 different paks to choose
from in this Smartpak. Namely;

1. Chat Pak : The Chat pak gives you unlimited
access (fair usage policy) to Whatsapp, Facebook
Messenger, WeChat, 2Go, and All Instant
Messaging Apps. And costs #50 daily or #150
weekly.

To opt for chat pak, dial *343*5*5# for daily or
*343*5*6# for weekly. You can as well send chat2
to 343 for daily and chat3 to 343 for weekly to opt
in by SMS.

2. Social Me Pak : A bit similar to Chat pak but
bigger and costs more. Covers your Facebook,
Twitter, BBM, Instagram, Eskimi and other Instant
Messaging Apps at #300 weekly. To subscribe dial
*343*6*8# or send Chat6 to 343 by SMS.

3. Video Pak: With this App I believe Etisalat
wouldn't try had to catch up with we the football
lovers. I don't know about you but am a die had
Chelsea fan. And Etisalat's Video Pak gives you
access to unlimited video streaming for as long as
2hours. And that's more than enough time for one
full match.
The pak covers YouTube, Skype, Viber, Vine and
lots of other video Apps / website. I still don't know
if it does support Sybla TV, but you can still try
that out. To subscribe / opt in for Etisalat Video
pak, dial *229*3*5# or send mh1 to 229 by sms. It
costs #400.

How To Opt in For Any Etisalat Smartpaks

==>Dial *200#
==>Type 3 to view data menu, and choose
smartpak of choice.
Conclusion
If you ask me, I'd say this is a great way to kick
start the new year. But then the question is; Will
you! go for this smartpaks or rather stick with the
Etisalat cheap data plans/SME data from 3rd party
resellers that Carters for all your browsing needs
instead of restricting you to certain Apps only??

oribukola1:

Jose Mourinho understands that Chelsea can not risk losing any game as every point counts in their lead in the league because Manchester City are in fine shape and look to be set to chase the table leaders. Chelsea are the 2nd best away performing side after Manchester City with 5 win; 3 draws and 1 lose in 9 away games. They have scored 18 goals and conceded 10 goals.They had just come back to the road in away games after losing 2-1 away while playing against Newcastle with 2-0 away win against Stoke City. They are more likely to continue with their good run in away against Southampton on Sunday. Southampton have played 9 home games with 6 win; 1 draw and 2 loses scoring 21 goals and conceding 6 goals at home. They have recently had 2 wins; 2 loses in a row before their recent home 3-0 win against Everton. They will face a hard time holding back Mourinho's men, so yes Chelsea can still win this one.
Need I say, I think I love this analysis.
