Please I'm in a serious dilemma right now, my dell laptop just keeps rolling a blue circle after I login.

The apps and files are not showing.. the cursor just keeps on spinning... I took it to an engineer yesterday and I was informed today that the OS will be formatted entirely which means I will lose all my files.

Please I need all the help I can get.. all my life's work, financial details is on that PC and losing them means losing my life.

Please guys is there a way I can recover those files before or after the OS is formatted?.

Don't format it, get another ssd or hard drive instead,remove the one you have your file on and insert it in an external hard drive casing, as long as it is rolling a blue circle after logging, there's a huge percentage of getting your file.
