You think that those who votes for the leaders we have do apply for visa to go to other countries? Majority of Nigerian voters are ignorant and cant make any informed electoral decision. They vote based on mundane things like tribe, religion and other irrelevant consideration.

The middle and upper class are in minority and most of them are the victim of failed leadership. Any unfavorable visa policies from the western government affects the middle class, who in most cases did not contribute to bringing in government in power.

The poor and the people on the street that mostly vote for all these useless leaders do not even know the consequence of their action.

I was thinking about this today.
I come from a country where people do not believe wealthy individuals take their own lives.
A lot of people are born hustlers who amass wealth only to later find it changes very little in life.
Depression then takes over and they end it all with their own hands.
Some people can have all the money in the world then cancer pays them a visit.
Of course such people can end it all.
A man can have a lot of money then a woman comes into his life and spoils everything.
When he takes his life Africans in their utter stupidity will never understand why.

Rich people are just like us after all: people with financial freedom/stability and comfortable lives.
Sometimes the fact life is uneventful due to huge finances is a reason for suicide.

From Kano to Abuja is like 6hrs while from Enugu to Abuja is almost 10 hours...I have done both.. meanwhile it's not about the distance, more about the region, since Nigeria isn't working well for now and embassies are both in West and north I think other embassies should be in the east who travel more maybe till Nigeria starts working fine in any century

Nigerians are bn harassed daily around the world coz we av chosen to deny that we are in crises and choosen to run to other countries to avoid the problems at home.
Typical of nigerians We are all trying to run away from Nigeria instead of holding our leaders accountable.we are self centred and we cared less abt others.

The father is Nigerian, the mother is Oyibo. Such kind of people of mixed race in this Nigeria, never truely belong anywhere. They are not black enough for Nigerians to accept them and they are not white enough for Oyibo nations to accept them either. This NL members are something else and it really shows that the problem of Nigeria is far beyond what can be easily solved with the high rate of individuals with very low mentality.

This guy actually passed a very simple message which only shows the poor state of maintenance in the Nigerian airport which should be put into consideration. But people are just commenting off point just to sound relevant.

To be honest I love visiting other countries to shop attend events and just basically enjoy a holiday but your flight back is your flight back regardless. When we do things the right way things work in our favor.

I think it's a case of old name. People are used to immigrating to America.

But as more people get to realise that Canada is comparable or even better in a few key areas compared to America, it would change the perspective.

The US is saturated. Canada is the next best thing.

That is a lie . I know a lot of Nigerians who prefer canada than U.S.A. Canadian Passport is the only Passport that you use to go to U.S.A without a Visa.

Congrats OP, I know that feeling when you first land, but it doesnt mean you should insult your president. Until you become a citizen of another country you will still need Nigeria for almost everything you will be requested for in Canada.

After the euphoria of settling down is over, it will then be reality and you will start appreciating Nigeria for what it is. Congrats once more and enjoy your stay.
