There was this period when I didn't have sex for more than 3 months due to a very busy schedule...

I then noticed that my morning erection were lasting for am uncomfortable amount of time and at very very uncomfortable times...sometimes the tin will just get fully erect in the office for no obvious reason...the erection used to last sometimes for 3 hours +....everytime I was using belt to tie the preek against my tummy anytime I was going out in the morning and also hold my suit jacket against my groin to cover the embarrassment if the erection happened in the office or other public place

I had to get an ex-girlfriend to come over and sort me out ....Preek then calmed down... That's when I realised it's very good to be on very cordial terms with exes as one can never tell when we may need their help...
