Freemanan:I think we wouldn't know until someone's been there. |
danbrowndmf:When you get there let me know. |
jaybee3:Booboo did you use google translate? They're wack. |
Freemanan:And what exactly makes my comment hateful? Or is it wrong for one to prefer the looks of a person to another? |
Freemanan:"Nne were nwayo" And the word 'hater' doesn't seem very peaceful. |
Freemanan:I di sure na isi di onye a mma ![]() |
Sheesh Yusuf is too fine to be that baby-faced boy ![]() |
danbrowndmf:No I'm not saying "body no be firewood." I'm saying so long as life remains in her, there is no limit to living. |
The only acceptable way of wasting your time on earth is online shopping. She said this twice God I love this woman. |
danbrowndmf:Sure if he wants to meet the guy it's all right. But telling her to end her life just because she's 40yrs too old with a brat of a son high on Hollywood flicks? Nigger needs to get over himself. |
danbrowndmf:You're telling me. I understand divorce and everything associated with it perfectly. That's why I can authoritatively tell the OP to mind his business. This isn't just about him. His mom is a divorcée who deserves to have a happy life too. I know children have the tendency to become selfish and think the world revolves around them, but when you bother to take a step back you see your parents are suffering too and need a bit of normalcy in their lives. That's why I think the boy needs to grow up, shut up and look the other way. |
danbrowndmf:Lol that's a foolhardy quest. |
danbrowndmf:This is different, Dan. What else does a condom in a mother's bag signify if not the obvious? She's playing safe and she's obviously having sex. Besides this isn't a kid trying to 'correct' or 'understand' his mom. He just said he was really angry with her....for what biko? Having sex after divorcing his dad? The young man is a brat not a concerned child. It doesn't take rocket science to have it figured out. Again, what parents do in their privacy is their business. When it becomes obvious their action is affecting their lives or their children's negatively, then intervention is required. Still, I'll advice a child employs the help of a parent's best friend or a trusted member of the family to get their parents out of dicey situations. Respect is a fragile thing in our culture. You don't want to mess with it. |
Seun:You should define what constitutes spoilers because I've seen in the past where honest opinions and speculations concerning the show were considered spoilers. Also we can't completely annihilate the books since the show is based on it and we know the directors can't act everything. The books help with background information (not necessarily spoil the show) like this one were people are arguing the Targaryens immunity to fire and heat. So maybe anything that is forward-looking can be termed spoilers. But any information that only seeks to explain current events can stay. |

manofluck:Do you know why she's no longer with her husband? Truth is there is no right answer to this question. It's confusing. |
Look the other way. What your parent does in privacy is none of your business. |
If they are cohabiting after the introduction then she's his problem. Otherwise, she's her parents responsibility. I just typed that and realized how biased this world is. Why do all these unmarried boys and girls cohabiting complain about footing a girl's bills/becoming a domestic help? I swear the world has gone mad. |
The Age Of Adaline I kinda wish this movie had a book. It'd make for a good read ![]() |
Gbola5:Exactly. That was magic and Khal Drogo plus that hag she burned were the sacrifice. If she was so immune to fire we wouldn't see her shying away from Viserion's and Rhaegon's fire. |
I think it has a lot to do with interest and YOU. You can build on viewership through SEO and whatnot, but encouraging comments is different. You have to find them yourself and that's a problem a lot of Nigerian bloggers have. Unlike Nairaland posters, a number of people who visit websites and blogs aren't keen on being the first to comment. But they are encouraged to IF there's an ongoing conversation already. Question is how do you get that conversation started? Simple. Find it by following other blogs with similar interests to yours and leaving comments there. 6/10 bloggers (small-time bloggers) will return a visit and a follow because they are interested in building their network too and there's no better way to achieve that than blog-hopping and inviting your friends. But if we say interaction is hard work people won't listen. It's easy to write a 'serious' post and dump it on a site. This isn't gossip or comedy--- it's easier for people who write these stuff to find comments. If you're working on a different niche, then you have to drag people there and fashion your posts in such a way that you don't sound "almighty and all-knowing." And I'll encourage hunting down foreign blogs. Nigerians haven't learned the art of networking right. Or maybe they're just not interested because people want things the easy way. |
pickabeau1:I think she felt betrayed because Esther was frolicking with the enemy. And maybe slightly envious too because the enemy liked pretty Esther better ![]() |
pickabeau1:Very anticlimactic, but sweet too. I had to watch that scene multiple times Anger is such a powerful force, but so is apology and forgiveness. |
honorbule:Looks good. Apparently the 840 is in the works too. I hope these devices don't come with all the lags the 535 sported. |
These people can lie o Okay I'm guilty of believing the drowning, silencer and defibrillator points. Movies eh. cc Lalasticlala, Ishilove methinks this is FP worthy. |
I agree with you esp points 1, 3 and 5. You think the worst of beautiful women. That's why I keep hearing foolish statements like: You're beautiful AND nice! You're beautiful AND moral! You're beautiful AND friendly! You're beautiful AND sociable! It's hard to see a beautiful woman with any of these. Bullshiiit I tell you. Utter bullshiiit. You insist on finding love when you have nothing otherwise the women who come into your life after have no value. Why biko? Because women are gold diggers? Because you need us to be your backbone while you make the money? I'm lost. Love is cool. Sweet even. Money makes it sweeter even if we don't ask for it. For one it gives you (the man) a sense of worth, not particularly for our benefit but for yours. Your life is so tied to gaining this money that without its presence you don't feel like you've achieved much for yourself. Yeah I'm not saying women don't like the presence of cash too, but from experience I've observed it has a positive correlation to a man's self esteem. |
