Will Lekan turn out to be the saviour of the village, probably some miraculous strange turn of events where he's granted some supernatural powers of some sort to fight what he doesn't or wouldn't believe in?? grin

Reyginus: I think it really does. If you've witnessed an exorcism. In most cases, when the possessed person is asked to pronounce the name of Jesus, and renouncing the evil one thereby. They normally, initially come up with a distorted version of the name, except further persuasion. By the way, the real name of christ is pronounced 'yeshua' in hebrew.
my point exactly. If it's pronounced Yeshua since it's Aramaic, why pronounce it differently by converting it to something else? Ebube cannot be called Glory cos they are different names. BTW i don't think those movies you watch have thought of my point of view before tongue.
Christianity Etc › Why Do Some Pastors Charge Money To Preach In Other Churches? by UjSizzle(op): 9:19am On Mar 11, 2013
It's a trend I've come to observe that 'some' pastors, if not a reasonable number of them charge money from churches before they come to preach in another church. I know sometimes inviting sweet talking men of God to churches is a publicity stunt of some local pastors either aimed at increasing attendance to church or crusades or to coerce people to 'sow seeds' thereby generate money.
Is this like some business deal or what? I help you raise money, you give me a percentage of it?

On the other hand, should those using the gifts given to them by God to spread the gospel be charging money for their activities?

I remember a testimony by a certain MOG who died and came back to life(as he said). He claimed to have seen God who told him that he didn't deserve heaven because he was charging money for gospel activities. After his ordeal, he stopped.

Why is this suddenly a trend?? Receiving money as gifts is one thing but demanding them is something else.
I don't want to believe am the only one who has noticed this, if anyone else has had an experience like this please share.

Blessed week to you too Keetz smiley

hi everyone, hope u had a beautiful weekend. Wish you all a splendid week.

Please tell that dude above not to place Jesus and Mohammed on equal pedestal grin

one question.... It's said in the scriptures that there's power in the name of Jesus, but by 'pronounciation' that name should be 'Yesus'. Doesn't this in anyway affect the power inherent in it??

Can't help but wonder what their legal system is like over there, cos the state should have intervened on normal grounds.

People have diverse interest. Maybe you should stop listening for what you expect to hear them say and start listening to what they have to say. You'd be surprised how much you could learn totally outside your intellectual capacity. It's said that even f.ools have been known to speak wisely(sometimes tongue)

Jim Iyke looks drop dead terrible in that pix.

Karen's gown is lovely outside the melons, flab of skin and the weird smile she always wears.

Liz Benson doesn't look too good but i forgive her.

Jackie has always been fat but i think a dark coloured gown would have suited her better than this siren she has on.
