emmanuelewumi: Everybody is broke, the Chinese can afford to use their own fund to complete the project. I doubt if Julius Berger can do this That is the Chinese advantage over other bidders J.berger is better for me, but they don't have the funds to match the Chinese firms for now. Also J.B already have 2nd Niger Bridge project at hand. |

Valueinvestor: That's cool, it's always good to stick to what works for someone, some value investors, some income investors, some growth investors ,while some a blend of all, wapco used to be a good dividend paying stock in the past, but i guess it's more of a growth stock for now, which is actually the toast of some class of investors But wapco sold their assets, and that made their result palatable....so not a growth stock for me now. Let's see their results going forward to know if I should consider it then.... |

RabbiDoracle: People will be amazed where stock prices will get this year.
Most of the will sell off early thinking they have taken enough at the party. Unknowing to them that what they drank was Ngwo.
Original Nkwu-enu will now come, and they will be rushing back to the party. Amen... The original Nkwu-enu sweet past..... But you will sell before the Original Nkwu ga-abia as a fat old man.... |

Buying close to the ground or at the ground level is the best. FA will not show you this.
I have been there before and FA failed me severally especially on entries. Now combining the two, you will have a balanced view. I begged you to teach me TA and no response from you. |

Justcul: Same here sir, that's why I feel for people investing with illiquid, non dividend penny stocks... right now, I buy only dividend paying stocks at value prices. Which explains why I bought DangCement @ 124, 116, 112 instead of buying into WAPCO @10
I'm not saying WAPCO is not a good stock. I prefer to sleep at night and not bother about daily closing prices
Paid fees on Eterna oil, fcmb etc. Not anymore, only GTBs and Zees of this world..
Better I bought Dangcem at km 170, average down to KM 140 now.....still averaging down But the dividend payments from dangcem come June will help me.....going forwards I missed Eterna School fees......after doing due diligence for 2 weeks on the stocks 4 years ago, I decided to buy it ......didn't know what made my eyes off from it. Seeing it now, I thank God I didn't buy it then last. I for de Eterna Journey of no End in sights |

DeRuggedProf: Interesting. An apple never falls far from the tree. Now I know better. For these type of companies, even when they post a good result, don't rush to buy, wait for several days, cause they may later recall the result, or adjust dividend in the name of correcting a typographical error..... But Fidelity bank adjusted their dividend declaration 2 years ago Thank God Fidelity has repented this year.....though until I see their dividend alert before I will believe them |

stcool:

In NSE pick a strategy and stand by it...for those always waiting for people to write about a stock before you invest...you will only burn your hard earned money.
One thing I have learnt is those that know their onion...they don't come here writing and pushing a particular stock over and over. How many times have Oracle or Emmanuel pushed a stock over and over...they have a strategy and follow it. Best is they talk about the market generally without over emphasis on any particular stock.
Not that analysing a stock is bad...but over analysis is bad especially when it solely because you are buying. Worst is you cannot even have a contrary opinion because you will be attacked. Very true Sir I like balanced opinions always We are brothers and sisters in the Lord......these were words we used to help one another in the days of Pa Ihedioramma before many oversabinus showed up. May God help us all. Amen |
