Do you mean female bosses are not easy going

From my past experience, they are not, it was a bitter experience for me.

I was once employed like this in Baptist Mission Schools, 6am to 6pm; sometimes I had to wait until 7pm if some female bosses are still in their office. Life became miserable for me after almost three years in service,especially with these female bosses.I sack myself at last.
