And also Check temperature regularly

He will be fine by tomorrow..also breastfeed him nd cuddle him...you doing great..

For your baby, you can start the puff puff, but not too tight. Don’t use her Bathing soap to wash her hair, it makes the hair dryer and strong. You can get a baby satin hair bonnet ( check @bows_babies on instagram get one) to protect her hair after bathe.

For baby skin, I love shea butter. I use palm kernel oil and shea butter on my baby. I bathe my baby everyday, but I use soap twice a week on her. Soap strips the natural oil of the baby. Sometimes, I go days without using oil on her and her skin is good.

Keep using shea butter or palm kernel oil and avoid using soap on her daily.

Thanks ma...pls can you recommend a good baby hair wash/conditioner.

In addition to what comtem said, Sebamed or Aveeno would clear up the dry skin. And check the whistling sound to be sure shes not about to catch a cold. Try to not expose her to too much air at night.

b. It's common to babies and it's always off and on. Sheatbutter and Agnesia powder is what I use whenever we have it. My son overcame it around 2+, I am dealing with same with my daughter. Though presently free from it.

c. What sound? Your baby is growing and you should be happy that she is making sound now. Or u want make she dey call Mummy ni? Leave her abeg.

I only apply baby oil after bath and comb..plus can i make her her now? Like puff puff..

plus i think she has a dry skin at her back..her back looks dry and has kinda dry patches..

i use shea butter as her cream cuz of her skin ish off and on..
but i have johnson baby lotion which i vnt started using on her..

Should i start using the johnson nd free shea butter?..
Pls help me..

2) she makes a funny sound like whistle it started just a week ago..i really dnt like that sound..should i be worried..?

It's not easy.....being Alone with my toddler...I'm suppose to introduce her squarely to formula cuz I'm starting work in 2weeks time...but I'm just on and off...Breastfeeding just comes handy nd easy..I'm always tired cuz the process no be here....what even discouraged me is that after going the food...na war for her to eat... sonetimes she no go chop sef nd cry..I dnt 've that patience and strength sometimes...i seriously need help.who send me to be last born I dnt even ve any youNiger one that will come handy at the moment..aaarghhhhh

Hello mums....pls help.. I melted Shea butter (i read it here) and applied on my DD and also on her head cuz of the dandruff Iike stuff on her head..
I did it for 2days nd to my surprise I started seeing rashes on my baby's body.. her both legs looks so dried like something that got burnt..I want to know if it was as a result of d melted shea butter. ..Or its normal skin rash?.. 've gone back to using normal Shea butter, The rashes are clearing but the legs are just stubborn.

Secondly, check your baby very well to make sure she wasnt injured in any part of her body..This happened to my mum, when she birth my bro he was always crying..she was so frustrated. ..Then One day while changing him she found a tiny cut around his Penis...Apparently the nurses gave him a cut while circumcising..and didnt inform my mum...
She took him back to the hospital and got it well treated..since then no more cries..

But it could also be colic. ..stay strong it will pass...you doing great.

Hello mamas. Please I need your advice. We went for immunization for 10weeks, a week ago. However, the injection site is still swollen and hard but not that painful. Is there any home remedy for the swelling or should I just head back to the hospital...

She will be 3m next week...plus I tried and she spat it all out.....didnt I do it well or what...she even vomited the milk I gave to her afterwards...she sneezed now and catarh came out...I'm just tired...she so clingy...doesn't sleep long in the afternoon again..plus I'm alone..I'm having headache right now sef...

Mama's pls help....my baby has congested cough sthat she can't fought out but I hear the sound ..I was about doing the Palm oil and sugar method for her till I noticed her wheezing today...should i just go ahead with the Palm oil nd sugar.

Secondly the method is to mix Palm oil and sugar then give her to drink right

Keep using the olive oil and if u can get Jimpo ori or opeoluwa Shea butter, it will go. We are experiencing it too and I have stopped washing her hair daily. Now once in a week. I just rub water so I can comb whenever we didn't plait.

U can do steaming for her to help her clear her chest.

Hello mums..pls help..my baby's scalp is dry and when I comb it, it brings out the patches.. I use olive oil on her head..should I just continue??

Also she has kinda cough stuck...like when she's breathing and it sounds like she has something she wants to cough out...it comes and goes though..she'll be 3months this month.

It's normal that he got it because they all play together. It now depends on the creche's policy, that is, if a child has flu or cough, he/she stays at home until he/she feels better.

Hmm what age is your baby....this is making me unhappy already...cuz I plan on enrolling my DD in a creche in 2weeks time cuz I will be resuming work by March...I want her to get used to it before I resume....I'm so scared to leave her...thoughts just keeps running through me..like will she be well taken care of nd all...oh Lord.

pls how do I clean my 7weeks LO tongue...I tried with warm water and little towel, but she won't let me...nd the way my hand gets to her gum scares me not to injure her. ..Or should I just allow her grow a little?

Also there is this purple like / inkish colour on her tongue...don't know what that it..cuz we doing EBF for now...should I just take her to the paediatrician??

Hey mama, Try applying Shea butter (ori ). That's what I gave mine nd it worked..
