And yet you people are obsessed with Lagos state. Zero relationship chest beaters association (CBS) Thats where u belong.Nkem4040: |
Make una leave ibos and ipob out of this threads because it is not created for them... (no tribashing). Lagos state is arguably the best state in Africa with the sixth largest economy on the continent beating a whole Kenya hands down. With Oil exportation, massive infrastructural development, self independent and a buoyant governor We shall definitely get there!!! |
I'm not sure if you've ever worked or hold any position in an office before.... Rubbish write-up! |
Nnew:You have just quoted urself with ur tribalistic comment , BTW u have just spoken the fact tho. |
The boy looks like GEJ himself |
Igbos and their local branding mentality, must his face appear on the cars btw 500 KIA cars for that matter what happened to their brother's IVM... Sorry for these people. |
Igbos and their branding mentality, must his face appear on the cars ![]() |
Ngbanu? Is it ya land? Kingbuhari: |
Which other roads and what reasons bros...? I agree with u in some aspect, but not on this bone of contention. If they (the state govt) had done their own part in this scenario, there wouldnt be any argument right now because most of this busses and other road users will sort their selves using other alternative road instead of causing gridlock on an absolutely dilapidated road. Right now as am speaking to you i went thru thesame road this morning and i knew how long it took me to scale thru especially that Joju area before the bridge. Right now, there's just one lane which all motorist must pass because the other lane is completely devastated to the extent that trailers are getting stuck right inside the ditches on a timely basis, now its gradually affecting the other roads close to that place and degrading the environment, also depriving the pple their way of making money because pple can hardly stop by to patronise them cos of the muddy and grubby road. SOON WE WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TOTALLY DISCARD LAG-ABK EXP WAY Except the govt both at the FED level and the state level realises that its their full responsibility to do those, else we will remain where we are today or God forbid retrogress. jinneyb: |
There's is no excuse for lack of maintenance. If some part of d road were adequately maintained, we will not be engaging in this conversation. Another problem with Nigerians is dt we celebrates mediocrity and dats why I'm persevering.[quote author=jinneyb post=50750623]Like I said, let's be very factual with our criticism void of sentiments. How will you expect a gov. dispensation of 4yrs to finish all the backlog of problems from decades before. We only complain about issues that we feel are affecting us directly and don't let us forget that the issues they are solving are also affecting some people directly too. Whether they are politically inclined as some people will think does not matter because as of the time the issues were solved, everyone in that community are not of the same political believe but they will all benefit from it. Am not creating excuse for any government, am only saying that we should not rub off governments efforts simply because our own direct issues have not been addressed. As much as there were criticism about the past administrations, it also performed in its own way. What we should always hope and be optimistic about is that there is continuation in governance, a feat the LASG is enjoying. And about my resident, I am a full indigene of Ogun State. Live in Abeokuta, Schooled @ Odogbolu, Worked @ various parts like Ifo, Ewekoro, Stayed at Sango, martanal home town is Yewa and hv been to @most 18 of the 20 reg. LGs of the State. Our dear state and country @large will be great, it only depends on our individual/collective mindset towards greatness. Let's appreciate our leaders efforts, criticize constructively because we only know about what they do today we don't know about what we'll do tomorrow. It takes a very good follower to be a great leader...try and trust ur leaders now as you'll also expect such from your followers in the nearest future. Thank you.[/quote |
Bros, u try but i wont agree with u to some extent... 1st i will like to ask u one question, do u reside in Lagos or Ogun state? If NO then u dont have an idea of what is going on there, forget the pics u saw today when u see these roads physically then u will know we have no govt in this country. Then u said they will only do their part and leave the rest for the next govt, bro if u start thinking like this then this country will never move an inch-forward. because it is their responsibility, If i may advice the Ogun state govt, i will tell him to expedite the process of making the roads worthy of plying on because most people who live in ogun ifo area works in Lagos state and they ply that road on a daily basis now, Lagos is getting brimming with people coming in on a daily basis, most people now prefer to rent their homes in Ogun state because its cheaper than that of Lag, but the people there are really complaining because of these bad roads, The road are terrible than what u think bro, fixing a federal road that links the commercial hub of a whole west Africa is inevitable but the govt of the day are busy playing politics with it and u re telling me they will only do their part wch we cant even feel the impact. this is d reason why we still lack power in 2016 just imagine because they only go there to do their own part and leave d rest for next govt. We re not saying state govt should build fed roads, all am saying is that they must strife to maintain the ones they have so that it wont affect the economy of their state,. it s a common sense bro. jinneyb: |
I think the 1st person i will blame for this is the so called OBJ. because he ws a president of this nation for good 8 yrs and couldn't even finish that sango bridge in his own state, if not for Dimeji Bankole that quicly finished it before his exit the bridge might still be uncompleted and talking about the bad roads, this Govt of Ogun state is a moran, all they do is to pack stones that can damage the whole chasis of your car on the road,. I give kudos to LASG cos they re not doing the best but atleast they maintain federal roads unlike these moran gov. of Ogun state that enjoys watching it dilapidating. |
This nigga right here is a slow poke... 1st i didnt mention Lagos state's achievements, i focused on my state which is Oyo state... Many of these things i mentioned was built by indigenes, The cocoa house was built with cocoa money by an indigene or why do u think its called the cocoa house and not the britico house... The then NTA Ibadan was built by the Awos and Akintolas then, and the schools too. The point is i wont indulge in any form of argument with u any more because u r shallow minded and brain drained. The agitation of biafrans has blinded ur sight that u cant recognise a simple truth.. Is it a crime that the colonial masters chose the SW over SE for their residence ![]() Or is it a crime that we the Yorubas opened you the Igbos eyes...? because all yall came to Lagos and started opening eyes. Even your educated fathers started their education right here in the SW including you dumb asses. When free education was declared in the whole of SW region about 40 years ago where were you...? Ya'll up here nw started saying some bullshitz you dont even knw nothing about. The truth is we the SW gave you home, shelter, Education, leverage, business opportunities, civilisation and so on... but ya'll are bunch of bloody ingrates. Oyo state is the pace setter of not just the SW or Nigeria but Africa as a whole because it sets the pace for others to follows.. REmember, records dont lie. "Bo mode obabatan, A baroba". Do u reside in Lagos..? If yes then u are a wasted generation of Ipob.... Quote me at your own peril... So stay clear outta my mention. Gentle99: |
. |
Hmm funny... I read ur comment and it amuses me, how on earth would you compare any of SE states with SW states..? Now let me Educate you, when did innoson started supplying NAF spare part...? (March 2016) and u gave illustrations as if its been doing it since 1960, and over 80% of it were all imported. Now Lets take OYO state for instance, The records, landmarks and firsts attached to the state alone beats the records both past and present of the whole SE states, like... the first sky scrapper in Africa was in Ib, The first University, the first TV in Africa, First radio, first dualized road, First sport Stadium,.. i can go on and on, first teaching hospital, the first IITA...where were you the so called developer of Lagos then?, Probably still walking around naked and bare footed with your kings. When Senior secondary schs started functioning here, your grand fathers were still cultivating ugwu in ur red sanded land without the knowledge of what a Biro is. Now using Korea n Japan as an example shows how dumb u re, because u knw where Lagos is when u talk about development and infrastructure, u knw were Ogun state is talking abt investors and IGRs... Is it that ur ugwu you ppl want to use to build ur states to attain the height of Japan, UK, America, China...? I lafff in Spanish, keep dream bro! Gentle99: |
This is typical bullshit how can a man be going through a woman's private body like that, this is absurd didn't they have female security officers? why should it be men. This is a complete rubbish and depravity. |
JimiOgunlola:Bro soory oo, I no no say d tin enter u like DAT o. |
The 4 reasons u stated above are so extraneous and inconsequential to us, what business does Nigerians have with LBGTQ, thats a personnal thing and she cant force it on anyone, then the Ebola has gone Extinct in Nigeria, Bokoharam we all know has been technically defeated, and PMB gave kudos to POTUS for the arms granted to him for conquering the rebels. And when u talk about abortion, even in Nigeria, how many doctors can completely be exonerated when a search for abortion is being conduted in all hospitals or how many registered pharmacies do we have that does not sell contraception for young teenagers even the ones in the schools. mtwchw. |
The most educated, prettiest, and the most crooked headed fraudulent first lady in the history of Naijiria. |
Are u allotting dis to he himself .. hmm hmm, i didnt name names oo. btw. RIP to dem boizfunkyibodude: |
Oh boy eh! I salute ur courage Biafra would be at par with USA, China, South Korea, Japan and might even surpass them ( and UK inclusive) bros take am easy now..., Do you know when these countries u mentioned started and where they are today...? Well maybe u are being overwhelmed by the quote of Mr Ben, but realistically u re not in anyway close not to talk of par or surpassing them. You wat? i think u ppl should stop ranting and engage in all this things u boasts of. Beating your chest for what u cant do or never did is just like a blind man leading a blind man. And if its true that ibos have the brains and talent, then we should have seen ur jets rocking our skies atleast u have everything abi FG still didnt allow u to utilise ur God's gift? or ur still waiting for FG to grant full autonomy? u ppl should keep deceiving urself of how great u r; Great on internet but hopeless and futile in reality.Rubbish! Gentle99:[/s] |
Ouch! So sad, met him once at the Jimmy's jump off dude was down to earth and very cheerful, we chilled together after he almost got bounced by the Ksquare bouncers. God bless your soul DJ MIDAS. RIP |
Hold it right there! I am a full grown man from SW, and as it was said in the late 60s when the war was still ongoing the yorubas "who u claimed my ancestors" were the only ppl that protected you God forsaken ingrates including your belongings were all protected bythe yorubas, you were not mobbed or robbed, everything u owned was intact. Even ur so called brothers in the SS raped killed and confiscated your properties there. Here u re spewing thrash of what u dont know. Olodo. 0ganiru: |
So according to your geographical analysis... Mowe ibafo is in Lagos state abi...? I see reasons why pple need not to take u ppl serious in Lagidi. dry chest beaters chibuzorAbia:S |
Na dem dem. |
I tire oo, why not Enugu or Abia,? aha maybe they want to obailala: |
Hehehe Naso una own be... but come to think of it... why re these ibo pple so obsessed with Lagos? its like they no won hear am for ear at all. am sure most of this guys saying this shit dont reside here or havent been to lagos b4,.., no worry we yorubas go soon free lagos state and develop other regions, Ogun Oyo, Osun and the rest so u ppl can still come and claim your father's ugwu and palm kennel farm there, awon weeree. chibuzorAbia: |
How can this Ibo pple be this absurd...? 50% of Lagos land belongs to the ibos...? Haba! even a deaf blind man will not succumb to this. lets do a simple arithmetic here, how many igbos own a house or land in your street? if they are equal to that of the yorubas then this claim is close but if reverse is the case then the source is fake and the body that said so must be high on enugu ugwu weed... My candid advise to LASG. Do not approve any C of O to any IGBO indigene or they will soon claim the whole state belongs to obodo indigbo and start saying yorubas re second class... Awon weere. |
Nawao pls can u ff this claims, cos i cant wait for it to be realised. berrystunn: |
Nice 1 |
Hey! Take it easy bro. First that topic is misleading and so inaccurate. Secondly you are wrong for saying OBJ did whateverrrrr with the 370km ish. Lisezn a limit of 200 nautical miles distance from the shore, For states whose sea bed plunges sharply into the sea. OPu get that right? Thirdly I will like to disappoint you and your ineffective write up that said Lagos has no oil; You might wanna know that Much oil and gas has been found and more would be found in the nearest future and Lagos state will always benefit from it. //Sadly.
