When last did you check please. A new register came this July so you can still check back if it's out.

Which program did you enroll into?
# Formal sector- go to the nearest NHIS office with ur NHIS number and the name of the new HCF you want to change to.
# VCSHIP- wait till when you want to renew

Yes you can. If you are a principal you can enroll them as your extra dependants. But if you are not then enroll them under VCSHIP

Your father can not register your wife but you can register your wife.

NHIS office in Ibadan is very close to Federal Secretariat, just ask when you get their.

Sorry for the delay in answering your question.
You can go back to ikeja office or any other office close to where you are for your confirmation or if you were able to get a staff or customer care number you can also call to confirm it's out before going to any of NHIS offices to collect a confirmation that your name is out

Your NHIS provider should be able to refer you to an NHIS accredited lab

I went to NHIS office in Akwa to register but I was informed that Vship registration is not going through since December, please when will the portal be opened for registration.

You can not change your healthcare provider till the end of the one year duration but can choose a new one when registering for a fresh one

All referrals must be from your primary healthcare provider(HCP) and in specific cases your health maintenance organization (HMO).
Once you get a referral letter you can take it to the HCP where you were referred to for further treatment

This is not a new tin na.

If you mean that your husband is registered with NHIS Tru an hmo dn yes as long as he adds u as his spouse then you can use it for antenatal, post natal and other health issues

You only use one hospital for d year but can change in ur next registration. You can only use another hospital on imergency
15k covers only an individual for a year. If u want coverage for your family then count how many you are in ur family and multiply by 15k.

The price is 15000 per person annually and yes you can enjoy same benefit.

You can go to any NHIS office near you for registration. NHIS covers test to check if you are pregnant, anti natal and post natal.

You can register her under the VCSHIP program which is 15000naira yearly. You simply need her surname, first name, middle name, date of birth (date,month,year) and the name of the hospital she prefers to use.
Once you are ready for the payment, go to any NHIS office with the details
