Disposable Pants comes in white colour, they are very hygenic for ladies. wear with desired pad during period or after birth for nursing mothers. can also be used for ladies on medication from toilet or infectious diseases, it is used for those that go for spas and finally it can also be used for travellers. can be disposed in bin or burnt after use. a pack contains 6 pants cost N400. a roll contains 10 packs (60 pants) cost N3,800.
5 rolls (50 packs, 300 pants) for N18,000.

@ kcinho, other benefit of nhis toy may be looking for are
1. In emergency cases you would be taken care of in any accredited facility so when you are not around your chosen HCF you still have access to healthcare anywhere in Nigeria.
2. As an enrolee through OPS and federal government job you can add unlimited family members under you in any part of nigeria with their own choice of facility
3. With your card, their is no need for down payment before any enrollee is been attented to. No need for payment on hospital card and consultations.

You may have enough to takecare of yourself and your family but just as Gwoliwe has said earlier, what you term as cheap is actually a miracle to some other.
The last time I was in my hcf, a woman also brought her very sick baby who may just be about 5months, when she was told the amount for just card and consultation, it wasn't even up to what she had. How then can people in that situation manage?

What you call cheap cannot be afforded by many nigerians. Anyway, they are generic drugs and like branded drugs they work.

Ikefuna: Tired of frying tomatoes all the time. Pls house does anyone know how to prepare onion and curry sauces

Ingredients:
Chicken, Carrots, Green pepper, Fresh pepper, Irish potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Curry, Nutmeg, seasoning, Vegetable oil, Thyme, Cornflour

Method:
Cut chicken into desired sizes, wash n put in pot. Add your Seasoning, onions, garlic, nutmeg n thyme. Bring to boil.
The Stock of the chicken will form the base for the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in pot, then add the chopped onions, fry for 20secs, add d carrots, Stir for 1mins, add green pepper, fresh pepper, plenty curry and your seasoning.
Stir continuesly for 1mins, add the stock and chicken, add already chopped and cooked irish potatoes, cornflour to thicken and salt to taste. leave to cook for 2mins. Sauce is ready.

snazzylove: Its really nice. I've used it after delivery. And no, its not like pad or pampers. Its our normal everyday pant. Only difference is you don't get to wash which is really cool. Good for travellers too, so you don't park up dirty 'dross' or washing and hanging in an unknown or unhygienic environment.
