ohaleoghene:If u really don't intend keeping silent about it then please speakup sooner, more child molestion may be taking place by this uncle T just cos you are waiting for the perfect plan or time. Tell the girl to tell her parents cos they wil beat uncle t and his mum and any other person that doesn't want her to talk. Let her see her parents as the best people to protect her from people like uncle t. Right now she is going tru trauma and her self esteem may never been crushed beyond redemption if u don't act soon plus her life would never be thesame as those of her age mate. Please take action fast. |
OBUKOMENA:I ve seen two women that had dsame issue. Wasn't cos they did position well wen feeding baby or didn't take necessary measure. Both had the same problem 1. They delivered over 10days after EDD (may not have been the problem 2. They were both over stressed by work before baby was born. This particularly reduced the fluid in their body (very few women experience this after effect) And so with the husbands sucking, all the water, plenty pap (ogi) and palmwine drinking, plus all other tins different pple would suggest their was no way out. If she has been to the hospital and still nothin they baby needs to feed Solution: 1. Start giving baby baby formular bt mix very light and use spoon instead of bottle. 2. Get a good multi vitamin for baby e.g haliborange or any other one you are sure is good. Goodluck |

I think most people will prefer to just geta pizza from fast food and resturants but if you are interested in making home made pizza then you can follow this tips. For pizza dough you need: >Flour, lukewarm water, olive oil, salt dry yeast For the sauce that you spread on ur pizza: >Tomato ketchup, cheese, grinded dry Black pepper, grinded red pepper, drinded dry galic, dry basil, dry persley, onion powder and or rosemary. (You can add other spices you like to give it different flavour) To make your dough 1. drop all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add luke warm water. 2. Mix very well so it will stretch and allow to rise by leaving in the bowl for about an hour covered with a clean towel 3. Mix again to remove any unwanted air and refridgirate your dough over night or for about 6 to 9 hours in the fridge After the hours of waiting bring out you dough from the fridge if its too soft add more flour one tablespoon at a time so you don't over add flour and keep in d fridge again for about 45mins to 1 hour get a flat wide pan and spread a bit of flour on the pan so it won't stick, put your dough on the pan and spead it to fill the flat pan Now put the dough in a pre heated oven of 500degrees for about 10mins Now mix all your sauce and pour ontop of your pizza making sure it goes round Put your pizza back in the oven for another 10-15 mins Your pizza is ready. |
