The idea of using new needles is a preventive measure for contracting d much dreaded virus. Now, wat if the "hairfixer" is a carrier? She buys d new needles and smhw gets to pierce her skin and then ur scalp, how succesful was ur plan?
I use d needles in d shop. Av been lectured dat once d needle has been exposed for a period of time, it kills watever virus on it.
Finally, 50naira is affordable and one shld be able to afford it to rule out any assuptions
