Recipe for scent leaf soup.

Scent leaf
Meat
Crayfish
Egwu fish
Pepper
Onion
Maggi
Salt
Red oil.

I removed my scent leaf from the stick, washed and places inside a bowl. I added my pepper, onion and crayfish then have it to my brother to go grind for me while I washed my meat, placed inside a pot, added little onion, salt and a Maggi cube and then boiled it . I poured my grinded mixture into a pot and placed it on the fire and I immediately added my meat to allow cook well because I did not boil it for too long. ( I dey hurry ) I allowed it to cook for 20 mm minutes then I added oil, salt and another one Maggi cube then allowed it to cook well well. the last thing I added was my fish because I didn't want it to scatter much. I brought it down from the fire 5 minute after I added my fish

Please make sure you allow it to cook very well becudr na soup and e must done well. Babe the aroma almost brought down my block o. my neighbor sef came to collect and made Eba with it and me ate mine with the fufu I made.

That's it sha, my scent leaf soup.

Ah its its tasty dear. I use engine to grind the leaves, scent leaves, pepper, crayfish all together. Tomorrow or next I will cook it and post the step by step pics here for you to see.

Ild av luvd to knw how dat tastes. We only use scent leaf to amke certain dishes @home like peppersoup, beans, yam porridge. Av never heard of scentleaf soup esp blended.

The yummiest moi moi. Very soft and sweet.

Added minced meat, one egg, Tomate, pepper,onions etc. Blended the whole thing together .

Baked in the oven with shrimps
