I really don't understand the attitude of this APC guys.. must you always justify the gaffes of Bubu??

Instead of sounding stupid, just shut the f.......k up. It's this their nonsense all day round defence of Bubu that has made his arrogance and disdain for the citizenry 100% because he knows some morons will still defend nonsense.

Today now, Nigeria are slaves in their own country because this government has failed in governance. But why the hell are my disturbing myself? The popular opinion is that Nigeria will never get better and it's because of fools like this alabi that will always defend the imbeciles in power.

Lalasticlala!
I'm really in support of ur comment, Nigerians are so gullible and I don't know whether that Buhari has brainwashed them to such level they don't want to criticize him, he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and still some people are ready to die for him. As for me he is a fail3and the worst president we ever had. Goodluck Jonathan was light years better. I pray the next person that comes can fix this shit this guy has smeared all over this country

Success to those that are writing today.
I was given two random maths questions to solve without options.
I wasn't asked any question from the CBT, the only asked if I wrote the essay myself to which I said yes then they further asked why I would like to work with kaduna state and how many years work experience I have. I answered everything and they said I can go after I put down my account details

Did anybody receive a call from them? A number called me that they were expecting for the interview, but my own time is 7pm. It's not time yet.
Yeah I got a call around 11am asking me if I'm so so person, I replied and the man told me to start coming to the venue and I was like I tot it was scheduled for 7pm and he said I can come now, then I told him I'm not dressed and I have to go pick up my credentials and he said OK. I went back home, got dresses, picked my credentials and headed there, when I got there they asked me the group I belonged and told me to sign accros my name which I did. I was directed to the interviewers and I did my interview and screening.
I would say its6the shortest interview I've ever done in my life, it took less that ten minutes for everything and I think I did well Sha cos I was able to answer all the question they asked. I hope and pray I succeed.

Indigene certificate is very important to them for it's used for posting after getting the job, the indigenes will be posted to their local government if there is vacancy there or somewhere close while indigenes of other states that gets employed will be posted to available places in the state after the indigenes have been sorted first.

There is opportunity to do other useful things while working with state government but the water board you mentioned is one of the least performing agencies in the state and they usually have issues of delayed salary and laying off of workers because the supply of water is very unreliable and most houses are using water meter now therefore before they can make money they need to work on making sure their water output is reliable and their customer care effective and respond swiftly to complaints, and their plumbers to handle broken pipes along the way faster. But asides all these I believe their pay should be manageable and if it's time to do other things is what you need most then these is one of the best place to work, some of those that applied in 2018 were invited for physical aptitude test yesterday(job replacement).
thanks, this is very helpful.

Net pay for University graduates was 33k before now but the minimum wage is now effected and they just got alert this week and the new minimum net pay you should expect as a University graduate is now 49k, but note that some parastatals pay much higher.
I applied for the mid level cadre and I'm hoping I get a placement into Kaduna State Water Board. I'm also hoping that the pay there will be good enough sha cos I just want to be out of where I am now. I feel tied up here, can't proceed with my masters, can't even get married, can't attend to family issues and a lot more. I believe if one can gets the job it could help expose u to even better opportunities.

Not at all.. The goal here is getting a government job be it federal state or local, even if u are paid 200k u will still have time to run other side hustle that can enable you acquire things you want.. Month end Salary is never enough.. That's the joy of being a government worker ..u can acquire more educational certification cos its flexible.
Am coming from Ibadan for the screening ..in Ibadan we have lots factory work they pay like 60k to 70k monthly but u work from 7am to 7pm either day or night shift.. No time for your self which is bad and not flexible.. Its not just hardworking but smart work this days
same with me. I've been working in this company for 2 yrs now and as it is no promotion in sight no career development, I knw people that have been working here for 5yrs and have been on same salary. I can't go for my Masters and I feel I'm tied up here. I earn between 80-115k. in a month depending on how hard I work and for the two yrs that I have been working here I've work Monday to Sundays including public holidays. I just feel I should get out now even if the pay from Kaduna state government is not up to what I currently earn. I need to live a normal life like everyone.

RomanceMy Girlfriend Want To Pressure Me Into Marriage by usman3688(op): 9:19am On May 14, 2018
Hi guys. I'm a bit confused at the moment. I'm presently with this girl and we have known each other for about ten years, we are of same age (30) but she a month and half older. We started dating in 2011 and after some time we drifted apart and everyone went their separate ways but we never broke up officially . So in 2017 during our NYSC we were chatting on what's app and she asked me if I had plans for her and I was like what plans are u talking about and she was like marriage, then I told her I thought we were no longer dating and she said I should just forget about it. So after some days I called her and asked her if she was still in love with me and she said yes that she still likes me and would want us to be together so I told her I've heard and I'll give it some thought. So the next day I called and told her that we could get back together but I need her to understand that I don't want to be pressured into marriage, that I would like to plan properly before getting married and that she has to be patient with me as I'm not sure when I'll get a job soon, she agreed with my conditions and she even told me she wasn't in haste either. Fast forward to Nov 2017, I got a job and averagely I get paid up 80k a month with free accommodation and transportation now we are in may 2018, she's already on my neck that she doesn't want us to exceed 2018. I've made all explanations to her that I'm the first child I've got two brothers still in the University that I support, I'm yet to save enough even for the wedding and she's just putting me understand unnecessary pressure. I don't want to lose her cos she a nice fellow and would make a good wife and she's already told me that if we don't get it done this year then I should the unexpected.
CareerRe: Not All Roles Are Advertised: The Importance Of Speculative Applications by usman3688(m): 8:43am On May 04, 2018
That's how I got my present job, immediately after my NYSC I just went to the company and submitted my CV, I got a call six months later for interview and I resumed work two weeks after, the position was never advertised but it was vacant anyway and they needed to fill it up. Now I'm employed, although the job doesn't pay as much as I expected but it's a good place to start and again it's my field of study and I can actually developed a career there.

What type of experience do you have that they couldn't find in Nigeria?

They were simply looking for cheap labor and they've gotten it. I suggest you accept the new job and learn all you can while you're at it.
I don't even have the experience and that's y I said they will be the one to train me on the job. The job has to do with irrigation and drainage.

Go for the new job else you might regret it later. If i may ask how much are the permanent staff paid in ur current place of work ?
like I said it's a Govt job and with ur degree u get paid around 70k but with they way they owe salaries it's really discouraging although u r entitled to some allowances but the present government in my state is always trying to avoid paying those allowances.
