Why in the world you, Nigerians as online retailer, want American BIN database for?

The definition of "Bank Identification Number (BIN)" is a unique 6-digit number assigned by a Credit Card Scheme to a principal member institution that identifies the member in transaction processing.

If you, the online retailer, has already registered with the merchant account such as Interswitch or Smart Card, then please contact your registered payment processing/merchant account provider will provide American BIN for you.

By the way, use google.com you will find the search result over 600,000 for BIN database. It is not hard to obtain BIN yourself.

Oh my gosh, you ask us how you want to become webmaster in charge of 3 things you are dealing with clients who look for hiring webmaster to do the job:

The average webmaster/web developer skills are 3-5 years experience transiting from web designer.

Most non-technical forum administrator like you does not required to become webmaster like that.  There are lot of newbies out there, without HTML or programming/coding knowledge, can buy hosting provider to install their own forum template into their website. It does not mean those newbie are webmaster. NOT NECESSARY!

Starting with schooling or self-taught studying becoming web designer FIRST 2 to 3 years, then later promoting next level becoming webmaster once you excel in web-graphic designing business, hosting provider/reseller, and domain name registration.

Therefore, everyone who are webmasters fluent are not the same!!!

The most majority Nigerians cannot afford paying yearly subscribed renewal commercial anti-virus software such as McAfee and Norton. I use McAfee Security Protection setting up AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES ITSELF to do the job for me for 10 years---I never get my system attacked at all.

They Nigerians prefer getting FREEWARE anti-virus software such as AVANT home edition, AVG, Nod32, and BitDefender.

There are many existing NL threads where to get freeware anti-virus software being downloading on NL.

All older and newer Dell computers and laptops have Dell Installation CD that contains Windows OS, system recovery and all Drivers included---IT IS A MUST ALWAYS!

I find appalling here on Nairaland many Dell pc users DO NOT HAVE Dell Installation CD when it comes to system cluttered or whack or slow, reformat or re-install as needed basis as backup. 

Same thing with all flatbed scanner, all cellphone, all printers, and other hardware devices MUST HAVE ITS OWN DRIVER CD installed on your machine---ALWAYS!!!

I also find appalling here on Nairaland most pc users NEVER INSTALLED THE REQUIRED DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE that is not include or 30-days trial software expired they need to protect their system from viruses attack: ANTI-VIRUS, ANTI-SPYWARE, ANTI-PHISHING, ANTI-MALWARE/WORMS/TROJANS all-in-one Internet Security Protection software bundle.

Your system is very valuable to those harms!

there is a tool on ubuntu called wine , which allows u to install native windows applications , it works with must windows applications but its not guaranteed to work with all , so u might want to install those apps u have on windows that have no Ubuntu equivalents ,

A dual RAM memory chip has nothing to do with your system crash restart itself repeatedly.

Your system has infected virus attacks that you did not doing good job to upgrade your freeware AVG antivirus software at your own responsibility periodically.
