@boomtown I am still working on gathering all information to write my own business proposal that will not released to anyone else but only for venture capitalists who is strong familiar with the renewable energy development to be invested in. Secondly, I am puzzled about your job title, property journalist, what it has to do with my business proposal, you are not really real estate/property investor. You are just plain newspaper/magazine/media reporter to write all about property what you see, heard, or investigate with. Just like gossip newspapers!!! What is more, I already formed my own partner from Nigeria. Sorry boomtown, but I will be in touch with you to invite you coming to my FIRST RENEWABLE ENERGY HOUSES built in Nigeria. Bring your camera, videocam, and recorder player with you to have FIRST INTERVIEW with me. |
not good idea! that is called "Love Triangle". serious trouble. stay away from that!!! |
After you and your boyfriend have great confident each other to build trust, then you can ask further deep personal questions include sex history especially AIDS/HIV that is important to protect you and your life, only way. Mostly guys left unsaid about past relationship if it was horrible/embarrassed experiences for guy not feel comfortable to share with. |
10 years ago I used internet dating service with 2 weeks free trial period, read the profile that find fitting my criteria of dating, chatting a person to get know each other, then go out in a public place such as shopping mall/coffee shop/ or bookstore parlor to see if we are same page or not. If not, then eliminate/refuse 2nd dating, to find another guy/profile, go thru same steps all over again. I did find right mate that lasted 3 years relationship, three times. (i mean 3 times broke up after 3 years) AFter third times, I terminated online dating service, not worth to thru. Some are successful, some are failed. It is up to you to think it is good idea or not! |
Donzman:I prefer outside of Lagos where the land is unrestricted private land or open space rated low conflict or conservation without grossly endangering wildlife or threatening scenic, recreational or ecological values such as critical habitat, roadless areas, rare species, old growth or steep slopes) that is more suitable for hybird system to build single-family houses. Even great for giant wind farms there. I use my cost analysis that i prefer homemade-built wind-generators and solar energy from used junk yard supplies that can be found in Nigeria. I already gathered all homeowners' DIY homemade-built hybird suitable for small house less than 1000 square feet with all energy saving appliances/light bulbs. What do you mean by feasiblity? I guess the result from renewable energy homeowners said that it saves 60% electricity bills reduced with low maintenance. Just take your responsible to check the battery and oil change for wind mechanical every 2-3 months just like your car you responsible for oil change. Battery costs less than USD$50.00 and oil change costs less than $25.00. (only in renewable engery small houses). Last part, I do not understand that part where you all concern about poor nations not afford to buy hybird system. Look I had been research that lot of poor nations received hybird system such those countries where they do not have electricity or road to support the needs- - - mostly donated by U.S./U.K. private sectors, that is where I got the idea: Tsunami, Sri Lanka Brazil, South America Costa South Pacific island (Samoa, Ulutogia) Mali Ghana Tanzania Senegal Zambia South Africa Mexico Somilai Well, this topic is very interesting I learn, it is the same things what U.S. and U.K. talk about concerning rural/poor nations on renewable energy like Seun, Afam and 4Play say. However, homemake-built renewable energy that you can find from old cars, old fans, old microwave ovens and old RV (mobile campers) to build wind turbines and solar energy, not necessary to buy from wind/solar energy distributors which is costly. I found DIY tools for wind turbines/solar energy. I guess I will re-educate Nigerians how to do that without rely on government for energy supply. Why you depend on GOVERNMENT? ![]() |
Great i received good responses about wind-generated electricity energy. I prefer the combination of hybird system that contains rooftop-mount solar and small-scale wind generator with invertor and battery backup to build small family-single houses. The hybird system can produces up to 15000 MWh per house with all energy-efficiency lights and appliances. Not just for several Giant Wind-generated farms for one state(Lagos) that produce 20 Terawatt hours (20,000 million kilowatt-hours [MWh]) to hold 40 millions Lagoians. I have done my homework finding homemade-built hybird system cost less than USD $1000.00 (N133,333.00) that brought me idea to increase new employment I need (i won't buy wind-generator/solar energy from Nigeria or South Africa energy distributors (manufacturers)). But still i work on research more depth. Because there are lot of DIY (do-it-yourself) homemade-built hybird for homeowners to build small-scale wind-generator and solar renewable engery houses. (more than 50 DIY tools). See other topic at nairaland under General Discussion on the section of Business at below: Build New solar/wind-generator houses in Nigeria https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-40917.0.html |
What about my topic: Wind-generated Electricity Energy I submit on the following link at below? https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-40919.0.html |
@LoverBwoy I already read Nairaland topic: Business Areas That Need Investment In Nigeria that is found the following link below: www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-5372.0.html Therefore, developing nuclear power for electricity is NOT FEASIBLE solution for Nigeria. The development of wind generated electricity farm is the state-of-the-art cost-effective renewable energy solution for people who hate paying for electricity utilities lines and fuel/diesel backup generators. Wind farms is not new idea, it has been less than 200 years started in Europe that imported to the U.S. Wind mills are used for farm to generate water to keep vegetables growing in the farming fields. Today, wind-generated electricity is popular for all homes, boat, farm, business and RV (mobile campers). What is more---I was told reading by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria website on the following quote at below: POWER SECTOR: Government has concluded plans toward italization of installations of the National Electric Power Authority, [NEPA] enable it meet its total installed capacity of 6000MW. Sufficient funds are being injected for the rehabilitation of aging plants and equipment. In order to allow full private sector participation in power generation, transmission and distribution, government has accepted to deregulate the sector year 2000. This will allow local and foreign investors to build, own and operate and/or transfer independent electricity. All laws that inhibit private sector participation in the power sector are being reviewed to amend them and encourage investment. This step will complement the de-consolidation of the industry as far as the state-owned NEPA is concerned. The hitherto largely over-centralized operations of this agency will be decentralized. Their Embassy's Investment in Nigeria lists one of those needed investments that I found for the development of wind turbines generation for electricity, that's why I start to research and gather needed information for myself to write new proposal. Why do you think NEPA/PHCH would be involved this development of wind-generated powered farms? I do not think so, because it is independent electricity that belongs to local and foreign investors who build, own, operate and/or transfer them. So why bother to develop nuclear power energy for electricity in Nigeria? I don't want any ARAB/IRAN/IRAQ armed miliants invade to Nigeria if Nigeria build Nuclear power energy because of ARAB/IRAN/IRAQ want to steal NUCLEAR POWER ENERGY for no reason. |
Do you aware the fact that in the U.S. in California's giant wind power plant that produces 20 Terawatt hours (20,000 million kilowatt-hours [MWh]) of the wind-generated electricity annually- - -enough to meet the needs of more than 3 millions energy-conscious Californians or twice that numbers of energy-hungry Europeans? Why cannot Nigeria build its own several giant wind power plants that hold 40 millions energy-conscious Nigerians in the quality of eliminated electricity utilities lines and fossil-fueled backup generators? South Africa are succeeded having wind-generated renewable energy. There are over 100,000 wind-generators sold in both U.S. and U.K. including other countries with rural farming areas. I found 2 Nigeria wind-generated structural business directory that also available to sell wind-generated electricity products. I know it cost money and Nigeria's long history of corruptions/money stolen!!! Can it be solved in electricity issues?

Tell me what do you think about building new solar and wind generated electricity houses in Nigeria. It is excellent, state-of-the-art renewable energy, cost-effective (alternative) to extending electricity utilities lines and fossil-fueled backup generators. Let me start with myself, I am black America female with excellent internet research/project management/real estate investment savvy with do-it-yourself home improvement knowledge which I followed my father's footstep of home builder contruction. I also have my own illustrator/CAD software to draw a house model with solar and wind generated electricity including blueplan, floorplan, etc. for Nigeria town plannings meeting. Right now for last 6 months so far, I am studying on Nigeria economic/culture I want to learn before I will start to research gathering all needed informations for me in the preparation of writing my own visual presentation proposal for venture capitalists, who will be eager to invest their money, into my new business proposal. Do not worry about where do I find needed capital funds from venture capitalists. I am very strongly aware the fact about Nigeria real estate and investments fraud/corruptions. I am doing my own homework on understanding about Nigeria housing issues. Maybe, I will plan to visit to Nigeria real soon once I complete obtaining fundraisings I need for round-trip plane, place to stay, transportation, etc. I will propose about future solar and wind generated renewable energy single-family 3-4 bedrooms houses in Nigeria---about 5-100 houses to sell depend on vacant land cost I can afford to buy. I will be project manager to oversee the solar/wind generated renewable energy construction with my own partners to work with. First of all, I need to hear your opinions and answer my questions below: [list] [li]1. Are there sufficient vacant land for me to purchase at least 5-100 houses to be built? Prefer radius of 10-25 miles away from big city, like rural, farming, or suburban nearby to the big city with public transportation in between them.[/li] [li]2. Does Nigeria has STRONG WIND CURRENT at least 5-15 miles per hour wind speed and STRONG SUN power?[/li] [li]3. Where will I get the law of the land with structural construction requirements for me to study? [/li] [li]4. I will come back on this topic for further asking you more questions about Nigeria itself. [/li] [/list] Finally, I am the authorized to choose right certified licensed professionals(carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, wind/solar energy installers, plumbing, and mortgage lenders for construction loans) to work with me. I have my own Nigeria-born Yoruba-English speaking friend as my co-partner who understands me very well and has Nigerian family friends to hook up with me. Feel free to share your thoughts with me the more I will learn your Nigeria culture/economics. I already read Nairaland topics: Solar Energy in Technology and Business Investments in Politics in order for me to get the idea. |
I don't know if it is good idea. Why don't you replace from petrol generator to wind-generator? See picture attached. (Picture displays an installer installing a mini-wind generator on the top of chimney beside the roof) I research seeing if Nigeria have wind-generator distributor (factory location) to sell it. Yes there is. How come it is not popular to Nigeria? It saves 25%-50% your electric bill, running by wind that links to your utility-controlled box for a house, boat, or mobile camper (RV, recreational vehicle) when the power outrages. Price ranges from 46,728 Naira ($350.00 USD) to 333,775 Naira ($2,500.00 USD) depend on how much watt/volt usage. What do you think? I will give you the link for more detail about wind-generator and how it works later.

Yes, man can rape his own wife. A husband still legally get arrested going to jail on the ground of raping his own wife. Rape means to force someone no matter what sex (woman, girl, boy, man, stranger, married person, single person, girlfriend, or boyfriend, even elderly woman or elderly man) to have sex that someone do not want having sex, saying "NO!". Rape is automatically arrested going jail that someone presses the charge. Statutory rape means grown adult (over 18 yr old) to force minor who is under 18 years old to have sex, often done by parent of minor children press the charge to get grown adult arrested for statutory rape on minor children.
