Politics / Northern Traders Are The Most Honest’, Nigerians Extol by UtuokeAlcoholic: 1:52pm On Mar 10
Nigerians have extolled the virtues of Northern traders, describing them as the most honest and loyal set of businessmen in the country.
While responding to a statement by Abdulrazak Rogo, Nigerians praised Northern traders for their honesty, innocence, and prioritisation of God and humanity over money.

Rogo in a post on his Facebook page, naratted the honesty of a Northern trader, saying, “Today, I paid for cement at the rate of N8,200 per bag. Now the seller called and said the price has been reduced to N7,800, so he will refund N400 for each bag.”

Reacting to the statement, Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, noted that “the level of honesty amongst ordinary Northerners is pure, innocent, and undefiled. Even until today."

“For the most part, they do not have that dirty ‘sense’ which some particular Southerners have. Their love for God and humanity exceeds their desire to make money.”

Affirming Omokri’s claims, Samson Azigbeotu states that “this hardly happens in the south. There is more honesty and sincerity in the core North than in the South. I really admire the lifestyle of the Northerners.”

Calling them the “best tribe” in Nigeria, Adeyemi Opeyemi, who alluded to personal experience, says, “The Northerners to me are the best tribe in Nigeria. I wanted to buy pure water for my little boy from one Aboki (a Hausa word for friend used by Southerners to describe Hausa men) that I never knew before, but I didn’t have change (only a N500 note was with me). The Aboki gave me it free of charge, saying, Sebi, it’s for the little boy.”

Also recounting a personal encounter with a Northern trader, Michael Ifeanyi stated, “I’m a developer from south-east Nigeria. My Abuja site manager (Muntari) is from the North. He rejected three times his salary from a client who wanted to poach him because he (the client) insulted me and chose to leave the site with me. They are loyal till death.”

Mikiel Lawal stated that, “To back up your submission, anywhere you see a northern and a southern person selling the same foodstuff, go and ask for the price of the product both of them are selling, and you will see clearly the difference.”

“That’s why life in the north is cheaper than in other parts of the country. Rather than a large profit margin while people are suffering, Northerners believe in small profits and blessings,” Abdulrafiq Akano noted.

For John Oluwasogo, he argued that the honesty of Northern traders is “top notch.”.

He said, “Among other things, this is one thing I love about the Northerners; their honesty is top-notch; even during my service year in Jigawa State, you can’t help but admire this exceptional trait of theirs.”

“Honestly, it’s peculiar to the Northern traders’ self-control attitude as a result of God’s fear and humanity.

No one involves their price control format; they control the price of beans, tomatoes, and peppers in my community with a perfect price without any addition,” Quadri Folawiyo stated.

That means he is a genius. Someone that started his formal education directly from a university and was able to perform/graduate in flying colors. Can we find such a genius in the whole of your generation who can start his studies directly from a university without having any prior educational foundation (primary and Secondary)? Such a genius is only baba Tinubu, the president, Federal Republic of Nigeria

Career / Re: I Failed Job Pre Medical Tests by UtuokeAlcoholic: 9:42pm On Jul 31, 2023
fastseo:

you shouldn't have stop the medication... its for life because once you stop the virus multiply quickly and start their havoc.

a loss of HBsAg or where the test shows negative means you are free.

run an anti-HBs test to confirm and if positive it means you are free.
a loss of HBsAg gives rise to HBsAb as both can't be positive at same time

go to another lab and run another test
I stopped taking the medications out of ignorance because the doctor didn't tell me that I have to continue taking the drugs for life and that time I never knew HBV is a serious infection. Now that I developed liver cirrhosis, I still wasn't placed on any hepatitis medications but only propranolol to manage the oesophageal varices.

Point of correction;

If HbeAg is negative, it doesn't necessarily mean there is no cause for alarm.
Good evening doctor, from your comments I know you are either a hepatologist or gastroenterologist. I myself is a hepatitis B patient. I became aware of the virus in 2012 after developing serious symptoms such as yellowish eyes, edema, ascites, fever etc. After I was diagnosed of the virus, I was admitted and lamivudine, b complex were prescribed for me for one month and a drug neomicin (I could not remember its name). From there, I was discharged and stopped taking any drug. Then in 2019, I developed liver cirrhosis with upper gastroentistinal bleeding. From there I underwent endoscopy 15 times and banding 8 times. Now I was placed on propranolol 40mg once daily. I did profile test, the surface antigen (HBsAg) is negative but I can't remember the status of my HBeAg. I have been doing LFT, sometimes the results came out normal and sometimes it is not normal. As for viral load, I have never done it so I don't know the status. Please sir, how do I know whether I still have the virus or not because I was told having HBsAg negative doesn't mean that I am free of the virus.
Career / Re: I Failed Job Pre Medical Tests by UtuokeAlcoholic: 6:25pm On Jul 31, 2023
fastseo:
I know it's herpetites B. and most jobs here in Nigeria and Arab countries do discriminate about it and won't employ you if you test positive to it and that's very bad.

well for now just go to the hospital and do a hapertitis B profile and check if your HBeAg is positive or not. if positive then its active but if negative is inactive which means you have no fear of harm.

then secondly you do a viral load test to know the amount in your blood.

then you do a liver scan and also liver function tests.

note: if the HBeAg is negative n viral load is often low like few thousands to hundreds.. you won't need any medication or take any drugs . 80 to 95% of hapertitis b patients are just like this that's why u hardly see someone complaining of liver damage as you can find in kidney damage.

next avoid alcohol, delete it from your menu. stop eating meat as it is to heavy to break down by liver, stop eating fried food or stuff.

eat fruit, vegetables and stuff that are cooked. and stop eating junk.

test members of your family to check if anyone has it and if no then vaccinate everyone.

for Now you should know you have chronic herpetites b.. its definitely not acute.. anyone that just go for test and found out with suprise without eye turning yellow... its chronic. meaning you got it either when u are still a child through blood transfusion either when ur mom was about to birth you and the blood was not screen enough. in the 1990s they hardly screen blood for herpetites and this gave a sharp rise.

for adult... hepatitis b pose little as the immune system will destroy it instantly it get to the body @95/99% of the time an adult is infected. but for children they have low immune system that's why every child get vaccinated at birth since 2004.

As for the cure... no herbal drugs can kill a virus don't let anyone tell you that.
while right now there are some trial drugs they are developing to cure it and within 10 years from now they will find a drug.
Although there is a drug that is giving 30/40% success rate and it will soon be on sale within 3 years from now.

before jumping at treatment which involves taking tenofovir... please ensure that the hbv is active and it is in millions before u take drugs... don't allow any doctor force u to take drugs.. because all this Nigerian doctors have little knowledge on hbv because if you start taking it, u won't stop it else it will resist it in future

someone said drink water... water cannot flush a chronic hbv no matter how u take it.. its only when it's acute you can increase intake of water to help healing process but in chronic it won't affect anything

lastly don't drink any herbal drugs as it can complication things... herpetites b won't kill you so don't fear unless it multiply in millions or hundred of millions (HBeAg positive) and start destroying the liver without u knowing and it takes 20 to 30 years to destroy someone liver and also lifestyle like alcohol intake also contribute how fast it destroy.

Remember to check the HBeAg weather it is positive or not... you can know that through hbv panel test and it is 10k in most lab.

Most of you ranting here doesn't know what is in play, forget about the fact that some northerners are chanting the name of Atiku and whatsoever. The APC is way ahead and Tinubu have more chances of winning this election, the reason is that most northern christians were never in support of APC they mostly tagged it as an Islamic party and mostly prefer to identify with the PDP. The APC understands the power of alliance between the north and south west and that's the edge they have over other parties. Atiku on the other hand and the PDP are just wasting their time because they are not ready to wrestle power from the APC. Tell me how many big and powerful northern politicians have gone to form alliance with the PDP and Atiku? None!
Tinubu made a very good political calculation and for babchir lawan and yakubu dogara they have long been abandoned and the issue of this Muslim Muslim ticket is stale already, it will only sell in places like plateau, taraba, benue and some few parts of nassarawa and southern kaduna and most of these places have tilted towards obi and they were once PDP strongholds. APC won't feel the brush in this election just like ganduje said.
That is the most glaring fact
