Good one. I was wondering the other day when nlders were celebrating the electric vehicle from Uganda I think and abusing Nigeria. Not knowing Nigeria has several electric vehicles companies.

For the American/foreign ones, the advert is about the car. They just talk about the car with detailed focus and what it does,
safety, reliability, cost of the car...

For the Nigerian one, the advert is filled up with multiple vehicles without any detailed focus on any one car.
No idea of the price. It's like even they are afraid to advertise their own car.

If you're being honest with yourself you'll admit that Lagos has a bad smell. The smell is foul and heavy because almost everywhere there is open drainage with sewage.

When you combine the stench with the humidity the air is almost unbreathable.

Most lagosians don't know because they've been living with the stink all their lives. It's like having bad breath, people who have halitosis don't know because they live with it.

If you think Lasgidi has no smell, go and live in abuja for 3 years and come back. The smell is immediately noticeable as soon as you leave the airport.

A few years ago I was in ikeja around the shoprite area. Ikeja of all places. And I was seeing huge gigantic rats competing with motorists on the road.

We'll, Lagos is industrialised. The result of which the population is very high. Online estimates it as 16million persons for the small land area. And they are definitely producing waste of all sort. Definitely the waste management company is not able to cope with handling the waste and is not even doing oyibo style of recycling and other advanced features.

Now the question is whenever your own state has the same population density as Lagos, how will you handle your waste better?
Nigerians are still Nigerians. The mess they have made in Lagos is the same mess they are going to make in any other state that becomes industrialised and populated like Lagos.

Well the main thing necessary for marriage is job/money/work.
In olden days before oyibo collonisation, Men just farm or haunt, and they're good to go.
They financially settled with just that.
Wife easily follows. Marriage very easy. People had simple expectations.
