Halo everyone, last week was both a high and low one for me, low because I was down with typhoid fever and was placed on Zinnat. And high because i felt my baby move. As at this morning my guess is that she just finished her suwe and about to start 10,10. Lolllllllll. Am so loving it.

@Agiboma and all, i sort of noticed last week that i have black hairs all over my stomach, while googling i found out it's due to an increase in the level of testosterone in the body which is also an indication that i might be expecting a boy. Pls is there anyone that experienced such and had a girl? I and dh really want our first child to be a girl,but at the same time we dont mind having a boy.

I am a very very very very grumpy and quick tempered pregnant woman, can be very happy now but in the next minute i'm entirely something else, but my hubby is really the best(est) among all, he pamper and does practically everything for me things you cant even imagine, I really do thank God for him.

@ mrskemi09, I was also diagnosed with pcos last year and was placed only metformin for 2 months, then clomid and metformin from the third month, metformin will help u lose weight (i lost 15kg while taking it and working out)and also make you ovulate. Above all you have to be prayerful then try and again try to relax. I am presently 4 mnths pregnant (took metformin and duphaston (progesteron)till the end of my first trimester). Baby dust to you all

Well said! yes she was betrayed by her husband which is very bad, but she forgot her duties as a woman, she had to wait for 6yrs to realise that she is yet to conceive because she was busy building a HOUSE? For chrisake we women really need to set our priorities straight in our homes. I am not saying what the husband did was right but rather than think of how to start a family she was busy thinking of materials things in this era of ivf and co? 6 years is indeed to long to be planning for kids. I registered and started my antenatal class on monday and was told my BP is quite low, so i have to increase my intake of water and salt. and pls whats the side effect of doing numerous ultrasounds while pregnant.

Agiboma you did a wonderful thing starting this thread, am 10 weeks pregnant expecting my first child, I noticed lately that ave been very very grumpy, is that also part of my hormones runing wild or its all in my head? pregnacare makes me throw up, and is it normal to sometimes feel a sharp pressure like pain inside my vagina (sorry). I was diagnosed with pcos lastyear and was placed on metformin, the side effects were terrible but agiboma and weasleoo encouraged me to continue. well my two clomid cycles failed, it was sooo depressing and i just got fed up with everything, I and my husband decided to relax for the month of january and stopped all medication except metformin then go for another check up my march and probably change my doc.

funny how things happen, i got my BFP in the month i wasnt even trying, bd just once within the ovulation period, and I didnt even feel any symptom of ovultaion maybe i didnt even notice it but it's been confirmed that am 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. i was seriously denying each symptom then and was expecting the witch at any minute till DH convinced me to do a HPt and it turned out positve

congrats Divab, @ Agiboma, i have finally started my clomid treatment, started on cd3-7, wish me luck, dunno y am soooo excited about it, sincerly pray it works.

I lost my mum on january 17th and life has never been the same again, my dad couldn't stay n he went to join his wife 2 months later, this year i'll say gave me something (a husband), and took away everything (my parents) from me, my mum was my best friend that i never realised i had till after her death, when i'll come back home from work and there's no one to ask how my day went, nobody to show off my new stuffs, nobody to pour my heart to, life has never been same again losing both parents within a very short period. I still cry almost daily but life has to go on. life without a mum is not funny at all.

@ Agiboma,I am presently taking only metformin my dr said he'll include clomid to my medication next month.
