Uduaghan could not celebrate his birth day today as unemployed youths and students shut down Warri today over high rate of unemployment and the resignation of the special assistant to the governor on students affairs. Uduaghan ran out of Warri and abandon his birth day as youths turn Warri into another Benghazi in Libya. They blocked all major roads leading to Warri chanting revolutionary songs. They vow to adopt the method to of Boko Haram if the governor refuse to address the unemployment issues that made the Special assistant to resign

NADESSTU members and unemployed graduates occupy government house Warri today plans to lunch more attacks tomorrow

The Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Students Affairs(Comrade Frederick Mosheshe) submitted his resignation letter yesterday to the office of the secretary to the state government over what he called the high level of unemployment and system failure. The SA who was said to be visibly angry with the state government for its lack of interest in the welfare of unemployed youths, most of whom were used by the state government during campaign and later abandoned after election. In his word " I can not be in government when all my comrades are stranded and there is no hope to engage them productively, all effort to make the government see reasons to empower these youths have been proved abortive. If I don't resign in protest of their situation, what am I going to tell them when I am out of government"

Unemployment crisis: Delta State to witness a massive protest in Asaba on the 27th August 2011, the day of the anniversary marking the creation of delta state. The text message being circulated reads: Hurricane Total Show Down, Comrades vs Uduaghan. Join the Asaba protest march on the 27th August 2011. No retreat.
Meanwhile Urhobo youths shut down the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Ugbrumo Warri. The youths barricaded all entrance leading to the university over high unemployment rate in delta. They insited that FEDERAL CHARACTER SHOULD BE SUSPENDED IN EMPLOYMENT INTO THE UNIVERSITY OR LET EVERY BODY VACATE THE COMMUNITY. Three soldiers almost lost their lives when the youth attack soldiers who tried to stop advance into the vc office.

so it is better to remain unemployed than to get a pipeline security job of 120,000 monthly. The interesting thing is that the boys planning to go on rampage are Uduaghan's die hard loyalist who are tired of failed promises of job creation by the governor they supported to win election.

In their words "we hail from the same oil producing community like the militants, we breath the same polluted air like the militants, if millitancy is a criteria for government patronage, then we will wage full scale war against the state. We unemployed graduates can do worse than the millitants" the statement added.
