Hello everyone,

Been a silent reader for some time, I submitted my application in June, medicals approved in July.
I applied for my GCMS notes in August and i got it back this morning, I noticed that under my POF only my statement of my cooperative account was noted my spouse account statement where we have the bulk of the money for this venture was not.
I had sent the said account statement as a web form and as an attachment via email to Nairobi when i noticed that the compressed one that was upload with my application was not clear.
I am at a cross roads on what to do next, should I still send via webform again? Please help.

Did you lie in your application? Or have you ever been denied a visa before?

Look at your application again , correct your mistakes if you already know them and refire.

From the little I know , I don’t think you should use a sick parent as home ties .

The whole process of explaining that someone is available to take care of them while you’re away might not make sense to the VO.

Simple put you have your aged mom to return to etc.

Yes parents assets and your car is a good one


10m should do if your course is for a year.

If your work experience isn’t in business field or data analysis , I’m not sure it’ll be a good idea to go for the course.
Except you can really convince the VO .

Hello. I want to apply for a study visa and want my application to b solid. Pls advise.
1. My bsc is in real estate but I got admission to a college for a pgd cert in business analytics. I didn’t opt for a masters because I have a 2.2. Is the choice of course reasonable in terms of career progression ? I actually want business analytics to be able to make research based decisions in my career.

2. Thé course is 17k. Will 10m in my personal account suffice? My account statement is 4 months old. It can’t be 6 so as to not reveal any lump sum inflow. I also intend to get extra 3m from m’y parent with a gift deed.

3. Can I use aging parents as ties? If one has an ailment and I can show medical records. Is this a strong tie? In addition I’ll use my car And parents assets.

So my application has passed the 13 weeks normal processing time, I got my notes few weeks back and the VO pointed out that my proof of income was NOT PROVIDED, can Y'all imagine Me that included my business registration, MBS, savings account, transaction receipt from my clients etc.

Anyways, to address the issue, I re-uploaded all proof of my income again via webform and emails. I kept resending the mails and webform like every week.
It's been 2 weeks now and no response from IRCC as to whether they have received the documents or not.
Please what's the next step I should take? If I say I am not completely drained by the wait then I'm lying, I'm just rolling on 1% battery � life honestly. The anxiety has eaten deep inside of me and I pray it doesn't get worse �, please all I will appreciate any advice and steps to take. The stress is too much.

- For landed property, it belongs to the sponsor (my dad). Do I ask him to do a deed of conveyance to me so I can present it as my home ties or does it remain in his name. Also, the only documents available are the deed of assignment and survey plan for the first and only survey plan for the second.

- For CAC documents, he’s not sponsoring me with money from the business, I’m just adding the CAC documents for adding sake, will this pose a problem or I’m good to go
Also, it’s showing on the CAC portal that the business name is inactive, is there a way I can go about this and reactivate it or can I still submit the documents like that.

Anyways I drafted my sop in such a way that I layed emphasis on the fact my family is in USA but I choose to school in Canada because I want to be independent.

I also explained how HR is a thriving career in Nigeria and Africa at large and there are always job availability and I want to use the hr knowledge to expand my business.

I’ve been thinking guys.. do these emails and webforms really help? I actually think sending millions of webforms might even deter the officials from even checking mails and webforms that are truly urgent.

I’m yet to find any correlation between sending multiple random webforms and updates on applications though, unless they request information directly or the applicant sends an update that’s relevant to the process such as an updated LoA after deferral or change of program/school etc.

Anyways, congrats to those who have gotten their PPRs and prayers to those of us waiting.

With that you can’t do masters in Canada .
They will just keep taking your application fee but won’t offer you admission.

Look into graduate certificate programs in colleges .
Centennial college and the likes.

I think you can do this but you need to show the source . There has to be back up like your work documents . If you’re self employed, you need to add your CAC and sales receipts etc to show that’s how you got the money in your account.

If you have an office job as well, you need to add your pay slip and salary account .

Basically things that wont make the Visa officer think the money in your account was put there for the visa process.

Let's assume I need 20million to process my study permit and I had sent the whole 20million before the 6months time frame, then within the 6 months time frame I start doing some little in and outs from the account until after 6 months and I'm ready to apply. Is this a clever way to beat the system since they would be checking for lumpsum within the 6 months but you have already sent your lumpsum before the 6months?

You need your student copy transcript to apply for admission.


After you’ve secured admission, most schools will ask that you send the official transcript.

Yes this is possible since it’s matures February 2023 and your resumption date is September 2023.

But I’ll advise you to Atleast have some little balance like 3-5m in your dads normal account as well, not just all your money being fixed.
